Welcome to your new life.
This meditation will completely transform your consciousness to help you tune into the version of yourself that is already abundant,

Healthy,
In love,
And completely free.
This is embodying your whole self and aligning with the highest version of you to step into your highest timeline,
Here and now.
So get comfortable.
You can do this either sitting or laying down.
Tuning in to our breath,
Let's start by taking three deep breaths,
And with each breath fully sinking in and relaxing.
Breathing deep,
Exhale,
And as your last exhale,
You're sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Sitting at the top of the head,
Feel the sensations on the top of your head,
Feel the sensations on your face.
Slowly allow your awareness to move down each part,
To your jaw,
To your neck,
And with each breath,
Relaxing and releasing any tension down your shoulders,
Your arms,
To your palms.
You can squeeze your palms here,
Please squeeze your hands,
I mean,
Release any tension.
Now going down,
Down your hips,
Down your thighs,
Down your legs,
To the bottom of your feet,
And now clench your feet and release any tension.
Now imagine a cord connecting you to the earth,
It's going down through your roots,
Down into the earth,
Connecting your body to the core of God,
And feeling yourself supported and held by the ground.
Feel yourself connected and held,
And you can release anything,
Any tension,
Down this cord that goes into the earth,
Transmuting it,
And then returning your purified energy back to you.
Now starting back at the feet,
Allow yourself to feel your awareness move up,
Your legs,
Your calves,
Lower back,
Up to the top of your head,
And now I want you to take a deep breath into the top of the head,
And hold it.
At the top of the breath,
Take a little bit more in,
And I want you to pull the energy up and out through the top of your head,
Releasing the breath,
Expanding into the field of all possibilities,
And now I want you to feel the space around the top of your head Feel the space in front of your chest,
Feel the space behind,
Feel the space all around your body,
Feel your body as though it was an object in the space,
And now become aware of anything,
Any feeling that you want to let go of from this old version of yourself.
Where does it come up in your body?
Being the witness,
And just simply observe and feel those feelings and allow yourself to feel.
Now I want you to imagine you're giving that up,
Gathering that energy,
And you're handing it over to the divine,
You're letting it go.
And now imagine that in this new space that is opening within you,
That you are opening up space in your life to walk into a new reality.
Imagine that before you are stairs going down,
And at the bottom is a golden door,
And with each step that you take down this stair step,
You become more and more relaxed.
Take the first step,

And with each step you become more and more receptive to new possibilities,

You become more open to a new life,

You become more sure that it awaits you,

And you become more confident that you can step into it,
And you know that it's coming,

And you can't wait to get there,

And now you stand before a golden door that is the door to the abundant life of the happy,
Healthy,
And wealthy,
And free version of you,
Thriving and loving your life.
Excitedly you put your hand on the doorknob and you notice that there's a symbol that is a message for you on the doorknob,
Something of significance for you to remember.
As you open the door,
You step into your inner garden,
Sanctuary,
And this inner garden leads to a sanctuary as most beautiful as you can imagine.
Imagine what your inner soul garden and sanctuary looks like.
What does the outside of the sanctuary look like?
What does the garden feel like to be walking?
And this is somewhere you can come within yourself at any time to go deep and to do the soul work,
And as you walk by there is a garden patch,
And this is where you're seeds of intention sprout and bloom,
And you notice that there is one plant that sticks out to you that has started to sprout,
And it is an intention for your dream reality.
Connect with that,
And what is it,
What is that heart's desire,
What is that seed that is now sprouted,
And now I want you to imagine that there is a magic can of water,
And as you take it,
You water that seed and it starts to magically,
Rapidly grow,
And you can see out of this dream plant visions of what it is that you've wanted coming into fruition.
It's happening,
And now I want you to look down at the garden and you see one weed that is a negative thought pattern,
That is a limiting belief,
And I want you to identify,
Now what is that?
It seems to be slowing down the growth of that plant even though the plant is growing fast,
And I want you to go ahead and reach down and look at what is that,
And I want you to pull it out,
And now that plant just starts growing faster than ever and expanding,
And you're so excited to see your dreams coming into fruition.
Now as you turn towards the sanctuary,
You walk in and discover it is filled with abundance.
It is so opulent,
Filled with whatever riches mean to you,
And as you walk through you feel so abundant.
There is a mirror standing in the middle,
And as you walk to it,
You discover it has a magic reflection.
As you look into it,
You see the highest version of yourself.
Imagine what it looks like,
What they look like,
What they feel like,
And imagine yourself taking a similar posture that they are,
And feeling into your own body,
And this highest version of you reaches out and has,
Holding a scroll of paper,
A message for you.
Pick it up and read it,
And now they invite you to step through the mirror,
And as you step into the mirror,
You merge with this version of you,
And you become them.
As you step through this magic mirror into the parallel reality where you are them,
Imagine what it feels like to be so abundant,
To feel so secure.
You are so powerful,
You are so worthy,
And you know it in your bones.
You love your life.
You're walking with such confidence.
All your dreams and desires are coming true.
It is amazing.
Now imagine what does it feel like,
What does it look like to be living this life,
And now engage your senses,
What does it smell like,
What's the smell of the flowers or the ocean or wherever you are,
What does the food taste like,
What does it feel with your touch like,
What clothes are you wearing,
Who are you with,
What are you doing,
What kind of things do you have,
What kind of relationships do you have.
Now I want you to wire that in,
Feel and amplify that emotion threefold.
What does it feel like to be in bliss?
What is that heightened state of joy?
Can you feel the passion,
Can you feel the clarity?
Feel it in your body,
Amplifying it once more,
Seeing it,
Where are you,
Who are you being,
Who are you with,
What does it look like,
What does it feel like to be living the life you love,
To be happy,
Healthy,
Wealthy,
And free.
Now I want you to step through that reality into a celebration,
And I want you to imagine a scene that would happen after you have manifested the things that you've wanted all this time,
You are so in love with your life,
And you're celebrating,
Your heart is open wide.
Imagine what you would do in the celebration,
Following,
Having gotten everything that you've wanted,
What does it feel like?
Everyone is so happy for you,
You are thriving,
How did you become so successful?
What did you realize?
Something about you is different.
I want you to come back to your heart,
To your breath,
And imagine that there is a golden light ray coming down to the center of a dark room,
And you step into it,
And you are now infusing your new self into your body,
You're welcoming all this codes of abundance,
Can even see money raining down,
You can see the love of the universe showering upon you,
You can see all the things that you've ever wanted flowing into your life,
And you can feel the excitement of being who you want to be,
And all that you will do with stewarding this abundance,
The true freedom is that it allows you to be,
To do,
To have the life you wish.
And now before you is another stair step,
Going up,
With each step,
You feel yourself becoming more aware of your body,
Nine,
And you carry this energy with you,
Eight,
And you feel it infusing,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
And you feel it merging into your physical body,
Four,
Three,
And as you wriggle your fingers and toes,
You feel this energy anchoring into your body,
Three,
Two,
One,
As you slowly open your eyes,
You can even flutter the eyes,
Allow yourself to feel into this energy,
Feel this energy in your body,
And feel yourself continuing forward into your life with this energy,
And with the snap of fingers,
Create an anchor point,
Now any moment in your day,
You can snap your finger and remember that moment,
Or you can remember the posture of your highest self,
And you create a way of bridging that mind-body connection,
To continue to walk in that energy,
And create a magnetic energy to create attraction between you and your dream life,
For the last part of this activation,
Let's take some deep breaths into our body,
Anchoring that energy in,
And feeling gratitude in your heart,
For your dreams,
And wishes,
And desires,
As already so,
And imagining anyone that you wish to share this blessing energy with,
Envisioning them,
Your loved ones,
Any friends,
Community,
That they are now happy,
Healthy,
Wealthy,
And free,
Envisioning them as thriving,
Now taking a deep breath in,
Drawing the energy from the heavens down into the core of the earth,
And then clearing your energy,
And then with the last one,
Imagine this new timeline anchoring into yourselves,
Now you can even take the physical posture of what it would feel like for you to be living in your highest timeline,
Would you be doing a victory dance,
Would you be celebrating,
Would you have your arms outstretched and your heart open,
Take your victory posture,
Make that mind-body connection between this meditation into embodiments,
Feel so good,
It feels so good,
I feel so grateful to be this new version of myself,
And bringing this energy into the heart,
Bringing the energy of the heavens and of the earth,
The above and the below,
And breathing those both into the heart,
Feeling the activation relax,
Relaxing to yourselves,
Receiving the codes and the gifts that are already in your DNA,
Remember it means to bring it back into the body,
You are the bridge between the unseen and the seen,
Between heaven and earth,
And as you step into this energy of your highest timeline,
Go forth and create your own,
It's a shining example of what's possible,
