Cacao Ceremony Guided Ritual And Chakra Opening

Enjoy this guided Cacao Ceremony to listen to whilst drinking your favourite cup of Ceremonial grade Cacao. As we drink, we invite Mama Cacao through our Chakras, opening us to our own channel and the divine.

So,

Welcoming you to a sacred pause,

A moment to take in meditation and an opportunity to sit with a cup of ceremonial cacao.

And this meditation is a guided journey to explore your relationship with her spirit and to hopefully inspire you to cultivate and create your own practice whilst drinking your cup of ceremonial cacao.

So,

If you have your cacao prepared,

Inviting you to first hold it in your heart and just take a few moments to deepen your breath,

Come into your space,

Letting go of anything that's happened in your day leading up so far to this moment.

Inviting your beautiful heart to open,

To hear and receive support from Mother Cacao.

Inviting you to place your cup on the ground and just take a moment to give thanks and praise Mother Earth deep below for all of her plants,

For her holding,

For her wisdom,

For her nourishment.

Knowing that anytime you need to feel more grounded,

She's there ready to support you and hold you from deep below.

Inviting you to raise your cacao cup up,

Up to the sky.

Giving thanks to the beautiful Grandfather Sun,

Whose sun shone brightly onto the cacao trees and helped them grow.

For inspiring us and giving light on this Earth every single day.

Giving thanks to Father Sky.

Giving thanks to our brothers and sisters of the beautiful Star Nations.

And giving thanks to anyone from Mayan,

Aztec or Olmec lineages who are in spirit now but who served and worked with cacao,

Lifetime after lifetime,

Who were part of bringing this medicine into your home.

And inviting you to bring the cup back to your heart once more and give deep thanks for the country that your ceremonial cacao came from.

Give thanks to those who planted the cacao trees,

Who picked the cacao pods,

Who processed this cacao,

Those who packaged it,

And those who shipped it out,

So you could be blessed enough to enjoy it in this moment in your own space.

And finally calling in and welcoming in the spirit of cacao.

Mamacita cacao,

Ich cacao.

Feeling your presence,

Feeling your beautiful energy.

And giving thanks for your medicine.

Giving thanks for all the times in this lifetime that you may have worked with our medicine.

Giving thanks for all the times in previous lifetimes you may have worked with our medicine too.

Seeing the value she creates,

The containers she holds so beautifully and without judgment.

And Mamacita cacao,

Loving you so much.

Praying to you that whoever is drinking you in this moment receives the medicine,

The healing they need from your beautiful plant spirit frequency.

And just take a moment to feel in your own intentions and prayers for today.

What has brought you to this moment of deciding to sit in ceremony with this plant teacher?

Are you needing support with something heavy going on in your life?

Are you wanting to feel inspired,

To feel more creative,

To feel more open?

Being really clear about your intention and then I invite you to begin to gather this.

Gather your intention from your root chakra,

Up through your sacral,

Up through your solar plexus,

Through your heart.

Gathering the energy of your prayers and wishes and intentions,

Gather them up into your throat.

And then perhaps from your third eye you can bring down as well into your throat anything you have not yet seen.

And then with this energy gathered,

Inviting you to blow through your sacred breath into your cup of cacao.

Blow your prayers and intentions now and begin coating the plant and the water,

The molecules with these wishes.

And you may see it coming through as beautiful sparkly cells.

You may see it coming through as rainbows.

And you may feel inspired to etherically draw a symbol that you're being shown over your cup.

So this could be a heart,

It could be a reiki symbol,

A light language symbol.

Just feel into that and then etherically weave that in as well.

And before we drink,

Inviting you to place a finger into the cacao and just take a moment and feel if there's somewhere in your physical body that she wants to be more present with or that could do with some more love and support from her medicine and her magic.

Feel into that and then place with your finger a little blessing of the cacao medicine onto that spot,

Onto that area.

Just feel her energy coming in through your beautiful skin,

The biggest organ you have.

Feel it coming in now without even having to drink.

And then when you're ready,

When you're feeling connected to beautiful each cacao,

Mama cacao,

You can either speak more prayers out loud into your own personal space or you can join me in taking your first sacred sip of this medicine.

And I invite you as you take your first sip to really savour it,

Really feel the energy coming in through your beautiful chakra of your lips,

Coming in through your throat,

Energy moving down,

Down into your stomach.

And feel for a moment where her energy may want to settle inside your physical and in your etheric body and inviting you to be open to have the awareness if she wants to show you somewhere or something in this moment.

It may be an old injury,

It may be a chakra,

That could do with more love.

Just be non-judgmental in this moment with her.

And as you take your second sip of this medicine,

Inviting this to be sent to your heart chakra,

Your beautiful heart space that has a deep connection with mama cacao.

And see when you sip and intake this medicine if you can invite a bit more openness,

A bit more love.

See if she can show you somewhere you could love yourself more or love someone else more in this moment.

Feel her warmth,

Her holding,

Her loving energy coming into your heart and the blood vessels allowing her to weave her way deeper within you.

With your third sip,

Inviting you to feel into your throat and your throat chakra and feel her medicine coming into this space now and perhaps showing you the sound you need to make into your space to connect with her or connect with yourself more.

Word or light language,

Anything that wants to come through,

Inviting her to connect with your throat chakra,

Connect you deeper to this part of you.

And with your next sip,

Inviting you to connect to your third eye and your pineal gland.

And invite cacao's spirit to weave her way up into this area and show you something that you may need to see today or in general.

If there's a vision she wants to present to you,

Being open to receive that through this third eye.

As you take your next sip,

Inviting you to feel into your solar plexus,

This source of fire and power and strength and boundaries and inviting the warm,

Strong and fierce,

Loving mama cacao to come into your solar plexus now and perhaps you may feel to ask for her support in bringing your power back.

There's anywhere it's been leaking or if there's anything you can do today to be more rooted in your power for her to show you this now.

And with your next sip,

Feeling into your sacral chakra,

Inviting mama cacao into your creative expression,

Feeling how warmth begin to flow with your lower belly,

Your hips,

Your sacral,

Your sexual energy.

And if you feel spontaneous movement happening,

Moving your hips or swaying side to side,

Just lean into that,

Lean into the opening with her,

The trust into your sexuality and your creativity.

Inviting with your next sip to connect to your root chakra,

Invite mama cacao into the base of your spine and open your connection between you and mother earth even deeper now.

So you can receive nourishment from the great mother below,

From the plants,

From the soil,

From the crystalline core of mother earth.

Feeling her medicine move into this area.

And then finally taking another sip and feeling her move upwards into your crown chakra,

Feeling the codes and frequency of mama cacao moving into your highest chakra at the top of your skull.

And feeling her support you in opening your crown chakra to connect you deeper,

To source creativity and to connect you deeper.

The great spirit,

The divine,

To your highest self.

And as we feel cacao moving through our physical and energetic body in all of these different ways,

Inviting you to bring it all down.

So seeing your crown and your root be open and balanced and your human body and etheric body as this beautiful gateway,

This acupuncture point between heaven and earth.

And now allowing cacao to flow through all of you,

Giving her back to heaven,

Giving her back to earth,

Allowing her to flow through all of your chakras,

All of your body.

And if it's feeling too strong,

Inviting the energy to be more grounded down to mother earth,

Or if you need more energy,

Opening up more to source up above.

And you may wish to stay in meditation or journal about your experience or you may feel inspired to be creative with what's moving through you now,

Singing,

Dancing,

Playing,

Praying,

Making art.

And if you have any cacao left,

Inviting you to pour a little back into one of your plants or into the earth as a way of giving thanks for her medicine and being part of this I need,

This sacred reciprocity around the world.
