Good morning,
As you awaken into this new day you can gently sit up or stay lying in your cozy bed with your spine straight.
Take a deep cleansing breath and expel any residue from your dreams,
Anything that may have caused tension or unease,
Exhale letting it all go.
Trust that throughout the night your subconscious mind has already resolved what needs resolving and you don't need to carry anything into your waking life.
Now another deep breath and release.
And now let's open the door to your imagination.
Imagine,
Sense or feel that there are roots growing from the base of your spine and your legs.
And maybe as they go down down through the ground they merge into one big root or perhaps there are several smaller ones all traveling down together.
Imagine them,
Feel them getting deeper and deeper towards the core of the earth.
And as your roots now reach the very core,
The center of the earth,
You begin to feel a rhythmic beat,
The heartbeat of mother earth,
It's ever so soothing and calming.
And as you tune into this beat now,
You feel called to drift deep down into the core,
Into the safe womb of the earth.
So imagine yourself now starting to descend down your own roots,
Going down deeper and deeper.
Perhaps you slide down the roots or maybe they form a stairway and down you go,
Deeper and deeper,
Noticing all the layers you move through,
Down deeper.
As you now reach the very core,
The womb of mother earth and as you step here,
As you stand,
You feel this is a sacred space and as you look around,
It exceeds your expectations.
Soon to feel your feet on the ground,
Notice what surface you're standing on.
Does it feel cool or warm,
Soft or hard?
Smell the air.
Listen for all the sounds and as you explore the sacred space,
Now a manifestation of mother earth herself appears in front of you.
Notice what does mother earth look like to you.
And in her presence,
You immediately feel a deep sense of peace and acceptance.
She is here to nurture you,
Her beloved child.
The earth mother gives you a gift you most need right now.
Feel yourself opening up to receive.
Right now,
Why everything is that far,
Through the eyes of the world,
Over exceptional And as you have now received your gift,
You thank the Mother Earth.
And you integrate and absorb all the positives from this experience,
From this meeting.
She embraces you and thanks you for coming.
And ask if there is anything else Earth Mother would like to share with you.
And it is time now for you to go back.
So you begin climbing up,
Up your own roots,
Going higher and higher,
The same way you came.
Up and up.
And now as you're going higher,
You feel this wonderful sense of being realigned,
Rejuvenated,
Recharged up and up,
Up,
Back towards your bed,
Up and into your body now.
Can you take a deep breath and open your eyes as you are now ready to welcome a new day.
