Good morning,
As you awaken into this new day you can gently sit up or stay laying in your cozy bed with your spine straight.
Take a deep cleansing breath and expel any residue from your dreams,
Anything that may have caused tension or unease.
Exhaling letting it all go.
Trust that throughout the night your subconscious mind has already resolved all that needs resolving and you don't need to carry anything into your waking life.
And another deep breath and release.
Now let's open the door to your imagination and imagine that a ray of light descends from up above.
Feel it coming from up above your head and down through your body fully enveloping you from head to toe creating a bubble of light all around you.
A nurturing safe bubble of light.
And this bubble begins to lift you up,
Up and up feeling very comfortable.
You're being carried higher and higher,
Up and up through the ceiling of your room,
Up and up through the roof,
Higher and higher,
Up above into the sky,
Higher and higher,
Up through the clouds now and you can see the beautiful landscapes below you,
Up and up.
Feel yourself ascending higher and higher.
Until you feel that you have reached the sky realm and you are gently being placed onto the plane of vision,
A sacred space up here in the sky realm.
And the bubble around you gently dissipates and you can feel the high vibrational energy in this mystical sacred place,
The plane of vision.
And perhaps you can feel your eyes lifting up towards your third eye or perhaps even an energy moving from the base of your spine up to the top of your head like a wave moving up the spine.
And now begin to notice what colours appear in this sacred space.
See and feel these colours.
They're so vibrant,
So vivid.
And out of these colours emerges a loving celestial being effortlessly appearing in front of you like it's the most natural thing.
Notice everything about this celestial being.
It is compassionate and benevolent.
Notice how you feel in its presence.
As the being introduces itself,
It tells you it has an important message for you.
And notice it communicates in ways most understandable to you,
Whether it's through images,
Words,
Sounds,
Music or telepathy.
Really listen with all your senses.
What is the message for today?
Take it away from the microphone.
And as you receive this loving message,
You are now ready to go back down and start your brand new day.
And before you go,
If there's anything else that the celestial being would like to share or gift you.

And you begin to feel now the ethereal light bubble wrapping up around you again.
And it starts to safely lower you down,
Leaving the plane of vision for now.
You know,
You can always come back here.
You are now journeying down,
Down,
Down towards your home,
Down through the clouds,
Down,
Down,
Down through your roof,
Through your ceiling and down back to your bed.
And as you land back inside your body,
The bubble of light dissolves,
Yet all the positives you've absorbed on this journey stay with you for the rest of your day.
And now as you take a deep breath,
Open your eyes and welcome to a new day.
