Good morning beautiful soul.

And morning is such a perfect time to do a meditation.

Because your mind is very open and that is called the hypnagogic state.

Where your mind is just waking up and very open to suggestions.

So this meditation was created for you to tell yourself.

To repeat inward to yourself what is about to be said.

Therefore throughout this meditation I will be using singular first person statements.

Such as stating I.

I want you to know that I do this in order for you to repeat these statements to yourself.

Or to hear this as though you are telling yourself.

And now we'll begin.

So enjoy.

So as I sit up or find a comfortable seat.

Either that be lying in bed still or sitting up in a chair.

With maybe my feet planted upon the ground.

Supporting my spine becoming more present in this moment.

I shift my attention to this new day.

And feel thankful for receiving it.

Preparing myself now to start this day with positivity.

With gratitude and with openness.

I release any fears.

Any expectations.

Any self judgments of myself.

Or of others.

That could hold me back from living within grace.

As I give gratitude now for this day and my breath.

I now begin to breathe more deeply and slowly.

Bringing in all that this day has to offer.

And breathing out all that I want to release.

That no longer serves me.

Moving the energy in my body with my breath.

And rising my vibration.

As I pull in very deeply and slowly filling my chest and belly.

Filling with this loving life force.

Holding in for a second.

As this vital and miraculous gift of breath nourishes me with positivity.

With peace.

With revitalization for my day.

I then slowly and easily exhale from my mouth.

Letting out a sigh or release all that does not serve me in my journey today.

Doing that again.

Breathing in deeply and holding in all that beautiful vital life force.

Giving me nourishment.

Positivity.

As I exhale releasing all that no longer serves me.

Fears.

Judgments.

Or expectations.

Dropping in through the belly and filling the chest.

Bringing in that vital life force and energy.

Filling in from up up up with all the supporting goodness.

Holding in deep into my chest,

My belly and releasing and just letting go of all of the things that no longer serve me.

Dropping in now and surrendering.

Surrendering to this day.

And all the beauty that it has to offer me.

Knowing that I am here.

I am grateful and I am ready as I allow my body to feel more energized and excited.

As I can feel the pulsation of the blood through my hands,

Through my toes,

Through my body as my heart is pumping.

Feeling my organs.

And all the inter body reactions happening.

Without any thoughts,

Knowing that I trust,

That I let go or I surrender to the day and all that it comes to bring with gratitude,

With openness,

With acceptance,

With love and with peace for myself and for others.
