這個冥想練習是為了在工作時隨時調整自己的狀態而設計的特別是在一個個忙碌的會議行程之間坐在椅子上盡可能靠著背閉上眼伸直你的雙腳將被打直想像你的脊椎與地板連結穩穩地被支持著放鬆你的肩膀、脖子做幾個深呼吸閉字息將你在多餘的雜念清空釋放不管你是否享受之前發生的一切那部分已經結束了將你的左手放在腹部右手擺放在心上與自己內在的力量連結保持呼吸回到自然正常的呼吸頻率專注在每個呼吸上鼻子吸氣鼻子呼氣重新中正自己歸零讓新的能量養分進來自己煥然一新上位慢慢動動你的腳、肩膀原本的空間仍保持著寧靜的品質保持你身心與呼吸的連結此刻你已經準備好迎接下一個美好的段落
