My guardian dear,
To whom God's love commits me here,

For all the times you saved me from harm,
Spiritual and physical.

O holy angel of the Lord,
Faithful guardian of my spirit,
Soul and body,
Pray to God for me and protect me from the evil one.
Keep my feet on the sure path to salvation,

O most holy apostle,
Saint Jude,
Faithful servant and friend of Jesus,
The church honoureth and invoketh thee universally as the patron of hopeless cases and of things almost despaired of.

Who am so miserable.
Make use,

Of that particular privilege accorded to thee to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of.
Come to mine assistance in this great need,
That I may receive the consolation and suckle of heaven in all my necessities,
Tribulations and sufferings particularly,
And that I may praise God with thee and with all the elect throughout eternity.

O blessed Jude,
To be ever mindful of this great favour,
To always honour thee as my special and powerful patron,

O little Saint Thérèse of the child Jesus,
Who during your short life on earth became a mirror of angelic purity,
Of love strong as death,
And of wholehearted abandonment to God,
Now that you rejoice in the reward of your virtues,
Cast a glance of pity upon me as I leave all things in your hands.
Make my troubles your own.
Speak a word for me to our Lady Immaculate,
Whose flower of special love you were.
To that Queen of Heaven who smiled on you at the dawn of life,
Beg her as the Queen of the heart of Jesus,
To obtain for me,
By her powerful intercession,
The grace I yearn for so ardently at this moment,
And that she join with it a blessing that may strengthen me during life.
Defend me at the hour of death,
And lead me straight on to a happy eternity.

Fill our hearts with your pure love of God.
As we approach and celebrate your feast day,
Make us more aware of the goodness of God and how well he tends his garden.
Instill in us your little way of doing ordinary things with extraordinary love.
Give us the heart of a child who wonders at life and embraces everything with loving enthusiasm.
Teach us your delight in God's ways,
So that divine charity may blossom in our hearts.
Little flower of Jesus,
Bring our petitions.

We come before Jesus as God's children,
