I am safe. I am protected. I have goodness on my side and happiness in my heart. I am fair. I am kind. I am worthy. There is no need to tell traumatic stories in my head anymore. There is no need to go back to that place, That time, That pain. I have thought all the thoughts and felt all the hurt. I have lived it over and over without rest. It's time to stop. I am in the driving seat of my life. No one can change that. I am strong. I am held. These sound vibrations of protection cast a blue shield over my body. A mantle of peace, Strength and power. Healthy thoughts are welcome. Swirling confusion and torture are banished. No one can touch me in here, Including my own chattering thoughts. This is a place of comfort, Safety, Discernment and self empowerment. I protect myself from negativity and darkness in all its guises. I am ready to receive help and open my heart to protection. I protect myself from damaging people, Damaging thoughts and damaging situations. It's time to feel safe and rooted in my protection and power.
