Allow this music to wash over you. Float and embrace its tones. Gently relax into its textured patterns and resonance. Let the tears flow. Let love surround you. It's a place to feel set free and held. I love how emotive and pensive it is. Brooding and cascading. Like we can be. This harp journey came to me after five challenging weeks in Scotland. The difficulties and solitude I experienced were coupled with experiences of magical sunsets and seashore walks. So much beauty and so much sadness all rolled into one. Wow. This piece is in the Romanian Scale - D Dorian, which is the fourth mode of A Harmonic Minor.
