What is fear?

Welcome,

I'm Joy with High Vibes with Joy.

I channel divine source energy and I'm going to channel on this topic.

So I'm going to connect in.

I would love to connect in to divine source energy for my highest good and the highest good of everyone watching at all times.

We are within you,

Joy.

Connected.

Welcome in,

Persons all around the world.

We are delighted to speak on this topic of what is fear.

Well,

If you are a human walking on this earthly plane,

The physical plane,

You have experienced fear.

We are not here to shame or belittle anyone for feeling fear.

But we did give Joy this topic to channel upon to help you recognize when you are experiencing fear and what this means for you on a vibratory state,

An emotional state.

And we are going to help ease any discomfort you have around the topic of fear.

While fear is part of your experience in the physical,

What we,

Divine source energy,

Want to teach you here today is to drop down here into your heart center and feel the difference.

So fear stems,

Originates from up here in your ego mind.

When you are here in your heart center,

You are able to connect in with your soul,

With your higher self,

With us,

The divine creator,

With all aspects of us,

The divine.

These are spiritual guides serving as angels and deceased loved ones and other types of guides.

So feel safe.

Feel how you feel safe here in your heart center.

And then feel up here in your mind where you can feel fear.

So when you are feeling fear,

You are feeling contrast.

It is part of your soul's mission,

Your soul's development to rise up over contrast.

If you can picture a speed bump in the road and you go up over it and then you are back on a flat surface,

That is what it is like when you are rising up over contrast.

Fear can be part of contrast.

So there is a separation here when you are feeling fear.

So you are separating from this feeling,

The experience of being aligned,

Which is here when you are connected into your soul.

That is all.

You do not need to fear the concept of fear.

Fear does not mean that you are going to experience any sort of evil or demonic presence.

What fear is,

Is a loss of the feeling of control,

Which is an anxiousness on what might occur.

It is like it is slipping from your fingertips.

There can be fear you experience around your health,

Around relationships with others,

Around finances,

Around decisions that need to be made or that are being made on your behalf.

So what we urge you to do when you are feeling fear is to sink down here into your heart center.

Take some deep breaths in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

One thing we would like to address in this teaching here is that fear is very real.

There is a misconception out there that when someone is experiencing fear,

They can think or they can be told by another that this is false,

That you are getting worked up over nothing.

Well,

Do you see how that is producing shame in one's vibration?

And what we urge you to do is to pull in your inner child.

So how would you treat your five-year-old self if he or she was feeling fear?

Would you say it's not real?

You're worrying about nothing.

Let's just trust and see how this works out.

Well,

That might make your five-year-old self not feel valued.

So what we recommend is you would tell your five-year-old self,

Your feelings are valid.

They are very real.

You are valued.

I am holding space for your emotions.

It is healthy to feel these feelings.

And you can teach your five-year-old self how to achieve peace by dropping down into his or her heart center and connecting in with his or her soul.

Here you feel safe.

Here you feel an unconditional love.

Here you are valued.

You are deserving of holding space for yourself when you are feeling all emotions,

Including fear.

We hope these words have provided peace for you and clarity.
