During this guided meditation Kate guides the use of the mantra Aham Prema meaning "I am love" and an invitation to anchor into expanding your awareness of what's possible by seeing beyond the light of the full moon and into the shadow. An invitation to attune to that which resides beyond your current conscious awareness.

The bell is invited.

Welcoming you into practice.

My name is Kate and I will be your guide for this mantra meditation.

Take a moment to settle yourself into the space.

Finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

And once you arrive in that space,

Feeling into the body,

Connecting down into the earth.

The breath as it moves in and out through the nose.

Feeling into what's present in the body,

Sensations,

Quality and the depth of your breath.

What's present in the mind,

Thoughts,

Memories.

And how do you feel in your emotional body and your energy body?

During this guided mantra meditation,

I invite you to set an intention of what would be possible if you opened your heart and expanded your vision.

Including people and places beyond your current conscious awareness.

And what perhaps lies within the shadow behind the full moon hidden from our view that could be brought forward.

Brought forward and used in a way that allows us to expand that vision of what is possible.

If you haven't already,

I invite you if it feels safe to do so,

To soften or close the eyes.

And let your awareness drift into your inner realm,

The vastness of the darkness that rests behind the closed eyes.

And allow the mantra,

Aham prima,

To come into the forefront of your awareness.

Rising out of the heart space and resting at the eyebrow centre,

The third eye,

Ajna chakra.

Aham prima,

Meaning I am love.

Aham prima,

Allowing the mind to anchor into the mantra,

Aham prima.

As you recite the mantra to yourself silently over and over and over.

If the mind begins to wander and you notice,

Simply allow the mind to draw back and anchor in once more to the mantra,

Aham prima.

Continuing to recite the mantra and I will let you know when it's time to come out.

Aham prima,

Allowing the mind to anchor in once more to the mantra,

Allowing the mantra now to dissolve and witness your mind without anchor.

Allowing the mind to define your breath to deepen,

Coming back into the space in which you find yourself.

Heart a little more open,

Body a little more relaxed.
