Welcome,

Beautiful mama.

This is your moment,

Your pause,

Your exhale,

Your time to return inward.

Whether you are early in your pregnancy,

Close to birth,

Or anywhere in between,

This space here is to hold you,

A space to soften,

To breathe deeply,

To connect in with the little soul that is growing within you,

And to honour the wisdom of your body.

You don't need to do anything perfectly,

You don't need to change or fix anything.

Simply arrive just as you are.

If it feels right,

Place one hand on your belly,

And one hand over your heart.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to release,

Your whole being to settle into the earth beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Let's begin.

Take a slow breath in through the nose,

And gently sigh out through an open mouth.

And again,

Breathe in softly and release.

Let the breath melt down your spine,

Down into your belly,

Down into your pelvis.

Everything softening,

Everything opening,

And everything is safe.

Now we will move into your rising wave breath.

This is a gentle pregnancy safe breath that supports your nervous system,

Supports your womb,

And your birth journey.

We breathe in four soft sips,

And then we release in one long slow exhale.

Inhale four gentle sips.

First sip into the pelvis,

Second sip into your womb,

Third sip into your belly,

And fourth sip into your heart.

Hold for a moment,

Just a soft pause,

And then exhale slowly,

Letting the breath fall back down through the heart,

Through the belly,

Through the womb,

And into the pelvis.

Inhale four soft sips,

Pelvis,

Womb,

Belly,

Heart.

Hold gently,

Exhale down the body,

Softening with every breath.

Inhale four sips,

Rising through the pelvis,

The womb,

The belly,

And the heart.

Hold,

Feel the warmth,

Exhale,

And let the wave melt downward,

Creating space,

Ease,

And calm.

Inhale four gentle sips,

Slowly and steady,

Hold only for one heartbeat,

And exhale,

Letting the hips soften,

The pelvic floor release,

And the womb feeling open and spacious.

With each four-sip inhale,

You rise.

With each exhale,

You soften.

Inhale four sips,

Pelvis,

Womb,

Belly,

Heart.

Hold,

Feeling your strength,

Exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Any fear,

Anything you don't need to carry.

Inhale four sips,

Slow,

Soft,

And rising,

Hold,

Exhale,

Letting the pelvis bloom open,

Letting the whole body feel warm and relaxed.

Inhale four soft sips,

Lifting all the way to the heart,

Hold,

And feel your baby held in this moment.

Exhale,

Letting your breath wrap gently around them,

Safe,

Loved,

And connected.

With each breath in,

You gather strength.

With each breath out,

You surrender.

Inhale four sips,

Rising like a gentle wave.

Hold,

Exhale,

Letting go of expectations,

Letting go of pressure,

Trusting the path your birth will take.

Inhale four sips,

Pelvis,

Womb,

Belly,

Heart.

Hold,

Exhale,

Feeling the breath guide your body open,

Your hips soften,

Your womb spacious and ready.

The final round is for you,

For your power,

For the mother that you are becoming.

Inhale four soft sips,

Rising all the way to the heart.

Hold,

Feeling your strength,

Your softness,

Your readiness.

Exhale slowly,

Letting the mother in you rise,

Letting your path open,

Letting your baby be held in absolute love.

Take one more gentle breath in,

And a soft breath out.

Beautiful Mama,

May you walk forward with peace in your mind,

Softness in your body,

And deep trust in your birth.

May your heart be protected,

May your baby be safe,

And may your journey unfold with grace in the perfect way for you and your little one.

You are strong,

You are supported,

You are held,

And you are never alone.

When you are ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back into the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Roll your shoulders,

And take a deep breath into your beautiful body.

Carry this softness with you,

Carry this trust,

Carry this connection.

And if you are resting,

Stay here for as long as you need.

And if you are moving into your day,
