At the moment, we are dealing with social distancing, which is hard especially during thing time. We are so used to the comfort of a hug or a tap on your shoulder. You want to hold the people that you love. You want them to be safe. During this loving kindness meditation, you will visualize these people sending love and hugs to them and yourself. Submit calling sensor Think about a person that you love.

A person that you want to hug right now.

And from that image connect to your heart.

And if you find it difficult to connect to your heart put your hand on your chest.

And see if you can connect to your hand.

Now visualize this person.

See this human standing in front of you.

And look at this human from this place in your heart.

And then you say the following words to this person.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at peace and at ease.

Now keep this person around.

Don't let him leave.

But think about someone else,

Another person that you love.

A person that you want to hold right now.

Come back to your heart.

And from this place in your heart visualize this person.

And tell this human the following words.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at peace and at ease.

Now get that other person back.

Create a group of three.

And feel the love that you have for these two people.

Now imagine that these two people are saying to you.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at peace and at ease.

Connect to your heart.

Stay with this feeling of love and gratitude.

And now think about someone from who you know is suffering right now.

Someone that needs a hug.

And imagine that the three of you standing together.

Are saying the following words to this person.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at peace and at ease.

Now look at all three people that are standing in front of you.

And take a step back.

Tell these people that you are going to leave because you are going to take care of yourself right now.

Take good-bye to them.

Now get back to your own body.

Back to your heart.

And now you tell yourself the following words.

May I be safe.

May I be healthy.

May I be happy.

May I be at peace and at ease.

May I be at peace.
