Singing can be so healing. On a level that is hard to comprehend. If you sing a happy song, your whole body gets happy. This little song has a big message. Originally it is prayer. But in Plum Village, we are used to sing it a bit differently. It says: “Every little cell in my body is happy. Every little cell in my body is well. I’m so glad every little cell in my body is happy and well.”
