Please find a comfortable seat or a laying down position.
When you are ready,
Take one deep breath,
Elongate the spine,
Open the chest,
And tuck your chin slightly in.
Exhale to soften and relax neck and shoulders.
Allow your hands to rest on your knees or at each side of your body.
Let's repeat this for two more rounds.
Deep breath in,
Elongate the spine,
Open the chest.
Exhale,
Release tension from the body.
Once more,
Deep inhale,
Open your heart,
And exhale to soften.
Let's ground ourselves into this meditation by breathing deeply for three more rounds.
Allow yourself to feel your heart,
To feel the sensations in your body.
Once more,
Bring all the attention to your breath.
Focus on that little squirt
formed by your upper lip and the nostrils.
Soften your breath.
Release control.
Invite softness into this practice.
If any thought arises,
Take a deep breath to ground yourself back.
Slowly bring your attention to your heart center.
Start breathing in and out your chest.
Focus on your heart.
Feel the air coming in,
Expanding your heart,
And softening with every exhale.
Let's repeat this for five more rounds.
Take one deep inhale,
Expand your heart,
And exhale to soften.
For 4,
3,
Open your heart,
2,
And 1.
Visualize a golden bright light in the center of your chest.
Let it be brighter with every inhale,
And slowly growing with every exhale.
Hold the light in your heart for three more breaths.
Getting brighter with every inhale,
And slowly growing with every exhale.
Soften your breath.
Take one inhale to the heart center.
Hold the air for one,
And exhale letting the golden light expand reaching to all the corners of your chest.
It will continue to slowly expand with every exhale,
Until it bathes your whole body.
Connect with the sensations.
Keep this breath.
Feel this light and soften your body.
With the next exhale it goes from your physical body to your energetic body.
Feel this shimmer surrounding you.
Allow this light to hug you in a warm energy.
Stay here for a couple of breaths.
Slowly allow the golden light to reach
the outer world.
Bathe in the space around you.
The whole room.
Expanding towards the house,
Street,
Neighborhood.
Getting stronger with every inhale.
Reaching the city,
Country.
Soon you feel yourself surrounding the whole world.
Reaching to any country,
City or person you may want to extend your loving energy to.
Take a couple of breaths.
If your hands feel like expanding as we breathe,
Give yourself permission to do so.
Finally take in the deepest soft inhale and exhale to reach out to the infinite.
To the space in between the stars.
Establish this connection.
Breathe in to the center of your chest and exhale to the infinite space.
Deep inhale and soft long exhale.
Sit in this feeling for some breaths.
Feeling the infinite within you.
Shapeless and limitless.
If any thought arises,
Come back to your breath.
Sit with this expansive energy.
I am this infinite love.
And I am ready to allow this love to be the compass of my life.
Feel these words in your heart for the next couple of breaths.
Take your time.
Whenever you are ready,
Slowly make your way back.
Bringing that energy closer to your heart with every exhale.
Make this process as gentle as possible.
Soft breaths.
Slowly feel the energy coming back to your body.
This infinite love coming back to your heart.
Take your time.
Bring this limitless energy back to center.
When it's the right time,
Bring your hands back to your heart.
Take one deep inhale and slowly open your eyes.
Invite a smile to your face.
