Welcome to this meditation with gratitude affirmations.
Thanks for being here.
Please find a comfortable seat or a laying down position.
Once we are ready we will take three rounds of deep breaths together.
Let's begin.
Take a deep inhale through the nose,
Elongate the spine,
Tuck your chin slightly in.
Exhale to relax neck and shoulders.
Allow your hands to rest on your knees or at each side of your body.
Once more.
Deep inhale to elongate the spine,
Open the chest.
Soft and long exhale through the nose to release tension.
Last one.
Deep inhale,
Open the chest.
Exhale to soften.
If any thought arises during this practice,
Bring the attention back to your breath.
We will ground ourselves into this meditation by retaining the air with the next inhale.
Inhale,
Hold this new energy within for three,
One.
Exhale softly.
Once more.
Deep inhale,
Hold for as long as you comfortably can.
Soften your body.
Give yourself permission to let go.
When you're ready,
Exhale.
From this point on,
Allow your body to decide the speed and depth of your breath.
Release control.
Invite softness into this practice.
Welcome to this new day.
Endless possibilities and opportunities are available for you today.
Each day it's a new opportunity to step closer to your dreams.
Believe that everything is possible.
Let's prepare our energies and hearts for this day ahead.
I invite you to remember something you are grateful for.
Remember that moment with an open heart.

Connect with a sensation this memory evokes in your body.
Take in deep inhales and long exhales.
Sit with these sensations for a couple of breaths.
Take your time.
Relieve that memory.
Let it bathe your whole body.
Connecting with this gratitude energy.
I am gratitude.
I am this expansive energy.
Trust in these words as you hear them.
Today I attract the best possible day for me.
I believe in the power of my thoughts.
My energy attracts what I need.
Gratitude opens my heart to realize the beauty I already have in my life.
I believe in miracles.
I have the love to overcome any challenges necessary for me to reach where I want to be.
