I invite you just to get yourself in a nice comfortable position and close down your eyes when you're ready to do so.
Begin to breathe in and out of your nose and just settle into this moment right here,
Right now.
You don't have to do anything or be anywhere.
Just be here now.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Relax your head,
Relax the scalp,
Relax your face.
Feel the weight of your eyelids as they close down over your eyes.
Relaxing your cheeks and your jaw,
Relaxing your mouth,
Relaxing your neck,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and each and every finger.
Relaxing your back,
Relaxing your chest.
Being aware of the expansion in your body as you breathe in and out.
Relax your lower back,
Relax your stomach.
Become aware of the weight of your body sat on the surface below you.
Noticing the connection and feeling supported.
Take this moment to know that you are always supported.
Relaxing the muscles in your thighs,
Relaxing your knees,
Your shins and calves.
Relax your ankles,
Your heels.
Relax your feet and feel the connection to the earth below you.
Relax your toes.
Just take a second to really relax your entire body.
Breathing in and out through your nose as you do so.
Slowly in your own time,
Just move your awareness from the tips of your toes all the way up through your body up to the top of your head.
And as you get to the top of your head,
Just imagine the crown opening and a bright white shining light pouring down from the heavens above into your body.
Trickling down through your head,
Your torso,
Into your legs and back down to the tip of your toes.
Feel that golden white light shining through your body,
Filling you up from the tips of your toes,
Up through your legs,
Your torso.
Pouring down into your arms all the way down to your fingertips,
Filling up the length of your arms,
Filling up to your shoulders and neck,
Filling up your head.
Feel that white bright golden light.
Feel the energy it brings within your body.
Feeling its healing properties.
Start to shine your light outwards.
Shine it as big,
As bold,
As bright as you can.
Filling up your home,
Your neighbourhoods.
Shine your light bright.
Just bring your awareness now back to your heart space.

I invite you to place one hand on your heart.
Breathing in and out through your nose as you do so.
Feeling your heartbeat and your light shine bright.
And say silently to yourself,
I am the light.
I am the light.
And in your own time,
Just start to bring some movement back into your body.
Wiggling your toes,
A wiggle of your feet.
Wiggling your hands and your fingers.
And gently opening your eyes when you feel ready to do so.
