Wherever you are right now,
I invite you to take a moment to pause,
To stop what you're doing,
To still your body and invite your mind to do the same as you breathe in and out,
Breathe in and out,
Breathe in and out,
Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Taking a moment now to notice your body,
To feel how your body feels inside of itself,
Gently without any expectations and in this moment of awareness with your breath and your body,
Finding some space for gratitude right here,
Right now.
Perhaps this is gratitude for your breath or for your body or both or perhaps this is gratitude for something or someone else or perhaps for you in your entirety.
Wherever you find yourself resting on that gratitude,
Take a moment to sink right into it,
To find that juicy spot,
That place inside of you with your presence and gratitude and your aliveness and once you've found it,
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Placing a smile on your face,
The edges of your mouth upturned with gratitude and love in your heart,
Peace in your mind and presence in your body as you continue about your day.
