Beloveds,
I invite you to join me on this guided meditation through colour.
I invite you now to find a space where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can sit comfortably with your spine supported and have with you water and a journal should you wish.
And taking a deep breath in through your nose and releasing through your mouth with a sigh,
Letting go of all the effort it took for you to get to this point in your day.
And I invite you once you're comfortable to close down your eyes.
And I want you to connect with an issue that you would like to address.
Focus on your issue.
Where can you feel it in your body?
Does it have a shape?
A texture?
A size?
If it had a smell or a taste,
What might they be?
Placing two fingers or the palm of your hand on your heart chakra in the centre of your chest.
Breathe in deep through your nose filling your belly as much as possible and holding at the top.
And release through the mouth with an audible sigh.
Allow yourself to sink even more deeply into your chair.
Breathe in through your nose filling your belly as much as possible and releasing through the mouth with an audible sigh.
Gently breathe in and out through your heart centre.
You may become aware of a golden ball of light in this space that expands with each breath in and out.
And you sense this colour of liquid golden light flowing throughout your body,
Through all of your blood vessels into every cell.
You are illuminated in golden light.
Take your time here to experience the feeling of being pure golden light.
Now imagine that you are becoming immersed in a cloud of white light.
With each breath the light becomes more and more brilliant.
Out of the white light a colour begins to emerge.
This colour contains great wisdom.
Allow it to share its wisdom as it brings the gift of alignment with your own divine perfection.
Imagine being wrapped in a cloud of this colour.
You may feel this cloud of colour embracing you,
Nurturing you.
Feel your energy responding as you breathe the colour in through every pore with every gentle breath in and out.
Imagine this delicate cloud infusing the part of your body you are focused on.
You know it is making changes.
It's the colour expanding throughout your entire being.
It moves through your energy field,
Your subtle anatomy,
Gently clearing and enlightening.
Feel the deep relaxation as you are bathed in this beautiful colour.
Breathe in more deeply.
Breathe in more deeply a few times and slowly come on back,
Noticing the way your body feels where it's touching the chair or the floor,
Noticing other sounds around you and gently bringing some movement back to your body.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and I invite you to reflect on the issue that you addressed at the beginning of this meditation and what experience you had on this journey of colour and how that issue is feeling for you now.
