Take a moment to find a comfortable position.
In a sitting position,
Keep your back erect.
Close your eyes gently and let your body relax.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Take a deep breath and slowly exhale.
Let go of any tension in your body.
Breathe in deeply again and exhale slowly.
Feeling more relaxed.
Now begin to focus on your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation.
Feel the air entering and leaving your body.
I am counting down from 10 to 1.
As you reach 1,
You will be completely relaxed.
Let us start counting down from 10 to 1.
10 8 7 6 5 4 Now bring your attention to the center of your eyebrows,
Also known as the third eye.
Focus on this area and feel your true self,
Your energy,
Your soul.
Visualize your soul as a random radiant light,
Pure and peaceful.
This is the essence of who you are.
See your soul gently leaving your body,
Going up and up.
Watch it rise up,
Moving higher and higher towards the sky.
Feel the lightness and freedom as it ascends.
Your soul continues to rise,
Reaching towards the brilliant divine light above.
This divine light is the creator,
The source of all peace and love.
As you approach the divine light,
Feel its warm and loving energy.
See yourself merging with this divine light,
Becoming one with it.
Absorb the energy of peace from this divine source.
Now start returning to the body.
It's time to bring this peace back with you.
See your soul slowly descending from the divine light,
Coming back towards the earth.
Watch as your soul gently returns to your body,
Settling once again in the center of your eyebrows.
Feel this peaceful energy spreading throughout your entire body.
Embrace now this peace.
Feel the peace in every part of your body.
Let it flow through all your organs,
Reaching every cell.
This peace surrounds you,
Developing you completely.
Know that you are now connected with the divine light.
And this connection brings you deep abiding peace.
Peace is your true nature.
Take a moment to savour this feeling of peace.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Slightly wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.
Carry this sense of peace with you throughout your day.
You are connected to the divine light and peace is always within you.
