This is the visualisation I wish to give to you,
My beloved creatures,
For the benefit of your highest path and that of the planet.
Use it frequently.
The more frequently you use it,
The greater the impact it will have on your life,
And the more rapidly you will become a light-worker for the world,
The greater will be your contribution to the planet,
To my will and God's ultimate plan.
We want you to work with us,
But to do so you must consciously decide to improve.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Close your eyes and become aware of your breathing.
Breathe deeply and evenly.
Become aware of a beautiful river flowing in front of you.
This is the river of love.
It is pure love and you feel the positive energy rippling off the skin.
It is the river of love.
It is the river of love.
It is pure love and you feel the positive energy rippling off the skin of the water.
You feel as though you are basking in sunlight,
But really you are basking in the warmth of pure love.
The river is gentle.
It meanders along and is just deep enough to allow you to submerge yourself fully.
Ask for me to appear by your side.
With your guardian angel on the other side,
We lead you into the water.
You feel completely protected and safe.
And as the water laps your ankles,
You feel a wonderful exuberance roll up your legs and into your body,
Along your spine and into your head.
This is the exuberance of pure love.
You gladly wade in more and more deeply with your guardian angel and me by your side.
The water has a tinge of golden pink to it.
And you feel the water of love.
These are the energies pure love releases in the seventh dimension where I reside with the angels.
We keep walking more deeply into the water.
Now it has reached your waist.
You feel the water of love.
You begin to remember good deeds you have done.
The time you spent with someone in need or someone who was lonely and wanted some company.
These deeds that you carried out selflessly made you feel good about yourself.
And you remember this feeling now.
We continue to walk into the river.
Now it reaches your neck.
You remember the deeds you did that were driven not by the water.
You remember the time you spent with someone in need or someone who was lonely and wanted some company.
You remember the deeds you did that were driven not by pure love but by ego.
When you needed emotions from people around you to make you feel worthy.
These memories bubble up in your mind and you gladly release them.
To be replaced with the pure love flowing around you.
It is now time to submerge yourself completely in the river of pure love.
With your guardian angel holding your hand on one side and me on the other,
We walk to the river of pure love.
We walk to the river of pure love.

We walk to the deepest part of the river of pure love.
We are completely submerged in the water.
But instead of holding our breath,
We allow ourselves to inhale.
And instead of water in our mouths,
We inhale the most amazing energy.
This energy flows into our lungs,
Energizing and healing them.
It flows into our hearts and becomes a fountain of pink gold energy.
As we continue to breathe in and out,
The energy of pure love fills our bodies,
Until our very blood and bones become pure love.
And then our dreams begin to take shape,
Pure love.
We are pure love itself.
Whilst we are under the water,
I turn to you and place my hand over your heart chakra in the middle of your chest.
I hold my hand there and you can feel the ultimate flow of love from me.
For I am pure love and this is why my father,
God,
Allah,
Source,
Who is both male and female energies,
Gifted me to the earth so I could bring pure love to the planet.
It is my gift to you,
God's gift,
And in giving you the Christ consciousness energy,
The energy of pure love,
My energy,
We gift through you pure love to the planet.
Carry it with humble pride.
Wherever you walk for the next 24 hours,
Allow pure love to flow from you to all those around you.
It does not mean you need to be weak.
Carry the Christ consciousness energy with your full strength and power dedicated to the joy and health of the world.
We now turn towards the bank of the river and walk easily and swiftly from the river of pure love,
But you still feel the joy and exuberance of the Christ consciousness energy within you.
We greet you and will always be with you.
