Take this moment to get in a comfortable position lying down or sitting up.
This meditation can be listened to at any time of the day,
Especially when you need a moment to recenter from what's done so already.
To gently close,
Start by taking a deep breath through the nose and an open mouth sigh in.
Again,
Taking a deep and an even lout from the day,
Bringing stillness to the mind.
In this moment,
Just be present with your breath.
Finding a steady pace,
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Breathe in stillness for a few moments.
If it helps to quiet the mind,
You can say in your mind,
I'm breathing in,
Breathing out,
I'm breathing in.
Now start to take the exhales out.
A slow and steady inhale through the nose and a slow and steady exhale out.
With the next inhale,
Gather all the unwanted energy from your day.
With the next exhale,
Release it out the mouth,
Send it away.
It is no longer yours to hold on to.
Again,
With the next inhale,
Gathering up all the unwanted energy,
Tension,
Or stress from the day.
With the next exhale,
Release from it,
Let it go.
It is no longer yours to hold on to.
Continue a few more times on your own,
Allowing the breath to release any other energy pent up,
Trapped,
Or stored in the body.
With the next inhale,
Breathe in new life force energy.
Exhale,
Send it throughout the body.
Again,
Inhaling new force energy,
And with the exhale,
Send that vital energy into all parts of the body.
Continue this cycle a few more times on your own.
Slowly start to come back to your space,
Taking one last deep,
Long inhale through the nose.
You go on with your day,
Feeling energetically reset.
