Welcome to this moment of stillness and self-love.

As you settle in,

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh energy,

And slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

We'll begin by softening into this space,

With each breath drawing you closer to yourself.

Breathe in deeply again,

This time imagining that you're inhaling love,

Warmth and kindness.

Let it fill you up.

As you exhale,

Release any doubts,

Any feelings of unworthiness.

Any need to be more than who you are in this very moment.

Now gently bring your awareness to your heart,

Placing your hand softly over your chest.

Notice the warmth of your hand and the rhythm of your heartbeat beneath it.

This is the centre of your self-love.

Allow yourself to feel the connection to this part of you that has been with you throughout your entire life,

Quietly supporting you.

With your next breath,

Silently say to yourself,

I am enough.

Breathe in those words.

I am enough.

Let them echo within you.

Not just as words,

But as a deep truth.

I am enough.

Release any lingering tension,

Any self-judgment,

Letting it all go.

Now imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing in the centre of your heart.

This light represents your love,

Your kindness and your inner beauty.

With each breath,

See this light gently expanding.

Growing brighter.

With every inhale,

Radiating outwards.

Feel it filling your entire being,

Wrapping you in a sense of unconditional love and acceptance.

You are worthy of this love,

Simply because you exist.

Let yourself sit in this feeling of warmth,

Imagining the light filling every corner of your body.

As it flows through you,

Silently repeat,

I am loved.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

I am loved.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Keeping this gentle warmth within you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of self-love into your day.
