Welcome,

Beautiful soul,

To this moment of stillness.

I invite you to take this time for yourself,

To connect with your breath and to open your heart to the energy of self-acceptance.

Wherever you are right now,

You are exactly where you need to be and this moment is for you.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and gently exhale.

Feel the air entering and leaving your lungs,

Nourishing your body.

On your next inhale,

Imagine you are breathing in peace and as you exhale,

Release any tension or heaviness you may be carrying.

Let's do that again together.

Breathe in peace and breathe out anything that no longer serves you.

Feel your body softening,

Your mind settling.

Allow yourself to relax deeper into this moment with each breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Now bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Supporting you.

Notice any areas of tightness or discomfort and gently send your breath there,

Releasing any tension with love.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into the earth,

Feeling grounded,

Safe and held.

With each breath,

You become more and more connected to the present.

Moment.

Now I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Feel the warmth of your touch,

The gentle rise and fall of your breath.

As you connect with yourself,

Repeat these words silently or out loud.

I accept myself as I am.

Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,

Allow those words to sink in.

Again,

I accept myself as I am.

Let the truth of these words resonate within your being.

There is nothing you need to change.

There is nothing you need to fix in this moment.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

As you repeat this affirmation,

I accept myself as I am.

Notice how your heart feels.

Is it softening,

Opening or perhaps releasing old judgments?

Allow whatever arises to be welcomed with kindness.

Now imagine a soft,

Golden light glowing in your heart.

This is the light of self-acceptance.

With each inhale,

See this light expanding,

Filling your chest,

Your entire body.

Feel this light wrapping around you,

Like a warm,

Loving embrace.

As it grows,

Let it dissolve any resistance,

Any feelings of unworthiness.

Allow yourself to fully bask in this glow of unconditional acceptance.

Breathe into this light.

Feel it nourish you and heal you.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Gently release your hands,

Letting them rest where they feel comfortable.

Notice the stillness within you.

The sense of peace that comes from accepting yourself exactly as you are.

Know that you can return to this feeling whenever you wish.

Take a moment to offer yourself gratitude for taking this time,

For allowing yourself to simply be.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and bring this sense of self-acceptance into your day.

Know that you can return to this feeling whenever you wish.

Bring this sense of self-acceptance into your day,

Knowing you are always enough.
