How bright is the room.
If you can,
Find a mirror or you can do this in your mind's eye.
See yourself as if it was the first time seeing your reflection.
Your eyes as they witness,
Your lips that allow you to express your thoughts and feelings,
Your whole being,
The human avatar that encases your divine soul.
How lucky you are to have this opportunity to experience everything it is to be human,
Right here,
On this day.
Smile at yourself as a gesture.
You are your own eternal best friend,
Companion,
Lover,
Supporter.
Send compassion for every part of yourself with this smile.
Now let's close down the eyes.
Come out of the mind and into the body as we realign with our current state.
How are you feeling?
Are you feeling tired,
Heavy,
Weighed down?
Or maybe a little light and spacey with your head
in the clouds?
Find a midpoint.
Come back to your core.
Come back to the presence.
You are being rooted and you are also rising.
Find the stillness between these two tensions.
Take a moment to observe your breathing body as it gently rises and flows.
Tune into your heartbeat.
Can you feel your heart pumping?
Can you feel the blood flowing around your body?
Your body that is doing its best to keep you functioning in order for you to channel and
share your gifts within this reality.
Soften and relax your body,
Releasing all of the tension
releasing all of the tension.
It is safe to let go.
Release.
Relax.
Let go of those deep tensions that you've been holding onto for a while
that you might not even have recognized.
Bring awareness to your face.
Relax your jaw,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your eye sockets,
Your ears,
The inside of your mouth,
Your forehead,
Your skull,
The back of your head,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Collarbones,
Chest,
Arms,
Elbows,
Lower arms,
Hands,
Fingers,
Back to the chest,
Ribcage,
Lower ribs,
Stomach,
Womb space,
Inner thighs,
Outer thighs,
Top of the thighs,
Kneecaps,
Shins,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes,
Back of the calf,
Back of the knee,
Back of the thighs.
Find your awareness
resting within your core.
Find that heartbeat again.
Find the seat of your soul attuned to
that ancient divine part of you,
Your inner wisdom.
So we remember why we came here,
Our soul's mission for this lifetime.
What are you here to learn?
What are you here to give?
What are your soul's gifts?
Remember or sit with these questions.
The answer will flow in time.
Time to refocus on those bigger goals,
The big picture that you are aiming towards.
Visualize the end result of these goals now.
Now,
Feel the feelings of achieving,
Of living and being
these goals.
Watch this in your mind's eye.
And see the time slowly reverse,
Flowing back through the years,
The days,
The months,
Back to the present day.

Bring the palms to touch in a prayer position in front of the heart.

Bring the hands to the lips.
I speak and express my truth.
Bring them to the third eye.
I use my intuition to guide me.
Now blink open the eyes and go squeeze the day.
