Gratitude can feel impossible when the words in your journal do not match the life you are actually living. In this personal and practical video, I share why conventional gratitude journalling never worked for me and the simple reframe that finally did: asking what I have gained. By noticing the support, knowledge, relationships, opportunities, resilience and everyday improvements already added to your life, gratitude becomes specific, believable and emotionally real. This approach helps you recognise progress without denying what is still difficult, creating a more grounded sense of appreciation, abundance and receptivity. In manifestation terms, gratitude created in this way may feel far more magnetic because it is rooted in something you can actually believe.
