Return To Mother Earth Sound Bath

Return to Mother Earth through a deeply atmospheric sound bath combining alchemy singing bowls with the natural sounds of birds, trees, water and the living environment. This session uses three bowls in C, F and A, held with intentions connected to the Root, Heart and Crown chakras. The Root invites grounding, safety and a renewed sense of belonging within the physical world. The Heart supports love, connection and openness to the life surrounding you. The Crown creates space for spiritual connection, trust and a sense of relationship with something larger than yourself. Simply rest, listen and allow the soundscape to reconnect you with the Earth beneath you, the life around you and the wider field you belong to (Better with headphones)!!
