Self Love Sound Bath

This sound bath was designed with love, for self-love. We utilized the bowls representing the root chakra to allow us to feel grounded, sacral chakra to bring out the passion for life within, and the heart chakra to access that deep love we all carry within us. They are played soft, and smooth for comfort, peace, and tranquility while you explore your own heart and learn to give yourself the love you deserve.
