Binaural Singing Bowls For Bedtime

This track was designed specifically as a sleep aid. It features our four lowest frequency crystal singing bowls because of their angelic, smooth, and calming sound. We played and audio-mixed the bowls to have a largely consistent volume and speed of play to prevent any sudden moments of loud or quiet that could bring you back into a more conscious state. Sleep well to these soft, soothing sounds.

I struggle to fall asleep and know I dropped off a few times during this. I fell asleep relatively quickly once it finished feeling much calmer than I usually do. I think it would be more effective, for me, with repetition. Thank you 🙏
