Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breath in, and as you exhale, releasing any tension in your body and mind. With each breath, your body feeling lighter as the tension melts from your muscles and bones. Now I want you to imagine a pure white light glowing above your head. With each inhale, this light gently pours into you, filling your body with warmth and peace. Visualize this warm light moving through you, collecting any heavy energy, doubt, or negativity. With each exhale, imagine releasing this energy as a dark mist, dissolving into nothing as it leaves your body. As the light cleanses you, feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more aligned.
