Sensuality: A Guided Sacral Chakra Cleanse

Part 2 of our 7 part chakra cleansing series. We will be focusing on our Sacral Chakra (the D note), located two inches below the navel and two inches into the pelvis. This is your center for well-being, sexuality, sensuality, and abundance. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this practice is designed to reconnect and realign this power center. Each strike breaking up dense energy. Opening the gateway for transformation. Take a deep breath into your navel. Allowing this frequency to restructure and rebalance your sacral chakra. Each wave purifying and cleansing. Feel as these waves move through you. Allow your cells to move freely by breathing into the sound. Each strike purifying and cleansing. Feel the vibrations as they embody your being. Renewing your energy. Re-aligning your sacrum. You feel your energy has been cleared. Your sacrum is activated once again.
