Sensuality: A Guided Sacral Chakra Cleanse

Part 2 of our 7 part chakra cleansing series. We will be focusing on our Sacral Chakra (the D note), located two inches below the navel and two inches into the pelvis. This is your center for well-being, sexuality, sensuality, and abundance. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this practice is designed to reconnect and realign this power center. Feel the connection with your pelvis and focus your attention on your Sacrum, releasing tension in this area. Breath deep.

Now visualize swirling white light filtering through your navel.

Allow this frequency to clean out your old energy.

Clearing and restoring your energy.

Feel as these waves hold your well-being in place.

Your sexuality.

Your sensuality.

Breathe into your sacrum.

Each strike moves and activates your cells.

This creates space for healing as the steady vibrations weave together your renewed energy.

Feel each pulsing vibration as healing light moves through your sacrum.

Each strike breaking up dense energy.

Opening the gateway for transformation.

Take a deep breath into your navel.

Allowing this frequency to restructure and rebalance your sacral chakra.

Each wave purifying and cleansing.

Feel as these waves move through you.

Allow your cells to move freely by breathing into the sound.

Feel the vibrations as they embody your being.

Renewing your energy.
