Welcome to our heart-opening guided meditation.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable in any position that feels best.
In this session,
We will be connecting to our heart and the space of love and gratitude as we sink deeper into ourselves to truly be present with not only the music,
But our feelings and emotions.
Let's begin by centering ourselves.
And we will do that by placing both hands onto our heart and taking a few easy breaths in together.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Each breath bringing you into the present.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
One more,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now feel your heart beating as it pumps against your chest into your palms,
Alive and strong.
Just feel your heartbeat.
Now that we're centered,
We can hold ourselves in the heart space.
You may place your hands back down to your side.
When we tap into our heart,
We can feel it beating with life.
And allowing ourselves to feel gives us the opportunity to be present with our heart and how it's feeling right now in the present.
This is your time to connect and reestablish your connection with it.
Let's place our hands back on our chest and be present with the sensations you experience.
What are you feeling right now?
Let's breathe into this moment together.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
One more breath in and breathe out.
Just be present with your feelings.
Can you feel your heart beating into your bones?
Be present with your beating heart.
Using every pump.
Can you feel how the vibrations make it flutter?
Simply beating throughout your chest.
Gently breathe with your heartbeat.
Feeling complete presence with your emotions in this very moment.
Now one of my favorite ways to connect with my heart is by speaking words of gratitude and love to it out loud and really feeling the reactions my heart has to the words I speak to it.
Words have power and they can either lift us up or bring us down.
Now I encourage you to repeat these words after me as we direct the love and affirmations to our heart.
But you may also say these words in your mind if you like.
With your hands still placed on your chest,
Repeat after me.
I love you heart.
I love you for keeping me alive and allowing me to feel.
I love you.
You may sit with the feeling for a moment.
I thank you heart.
I thank you for beating strongly.
For pumping life through my veins.
I thank you.
You may sit with the feeling for a moment.

I appreciate you for getting me through the hard times and always keeping me going.
I appreciate you.
