We welcome you to realign your body with us in this guided meditation.
We encourage you to sit with your back straight,
Whether on a chair or cross-legged.
Your comfort is the most important factor.
Now let's begin by taking a few soft,
Gentle breaths into our core,
Feeling our chest and stomach expand as we ground ourselves for this realignment.
Feel the breath come in.
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in.
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in.
Feel the breath come out.
Now that we're relaxed and at peace,
I ask that you close your eyes and I want you to visualize a string attached to the top of your head.
This string is connected to the space above you and to the top of your skull.
Now imagine that a giant hand is now holding the string above you.
As this hand begins to pull up,
Feel as the string begins to pull upward,
Elongating your spine,
Lifting your skull,
And decreasing the tension between your vertebrae.
Imagine that this string is holding you in the way a puppet master holds a puppet.
The lower half of your body softly floating below you as the tension in your spine begins to dissipate.
Feel as your spinal muscles begin loosening their tight grip,
Enabling the space to flow through your back.
Each passing moment,
Your spine becomes more straight,
Less condensed,
And feeling free in its space.
Feel the lift from above gently pulling your body upward,
Stretching your tissue and bones as the realignment of your body takes place.
You feel your insides unwinding as your spine begins to realign with your body.
Each vertebrae stacked comfortably on top of one another,
Reducing your tension and allowing your circulation and blood flow to move freely within you.
Allow the sound waves to flow in between every part of your body,
Loosening and realigning.
Imagine how this string is pulling on the top of your skull,
Lifting you up,
Straightening your neck,
Loosening your spine,
A soft,
Gentle lift from above holding you softly in place,
Retaining your body and mind as the stress clears through your core.
Now let's take a few more gentle breaths in and feel your spine lifting up in the process,
Easing the tension and allowing your body to feel balance.
Feel the breath come in,
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in,
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in,
Feel the breath come out.
Now I want you to imagine another string,
This one connecting to the bottom of your spine,
Floating down into the earth.
You see another hand take hold of this second string as it begins to pull downward in contrast to the pull from above.
This pull from below is softening your spine,
Softening your sacrum and allowing you to feel light and balanced at your center.
Each hand above you and underneath you pulls in opposite directions as your body is elongated like a spring,
Enabling space and realignment to take place within.
You feel your spine has become more straight,
Your neck is straight,
Your body and mind are realigning with each passing tone.
The frequencies work with these pulls as things continue to unwind inside of you.
Observe the pull from below and observe the pull from above.
Feel as your body is becoming more aligned,
Your spine reconnecting with you.
As you observe both strings on top and below,
Imagine electricity flowing in from both sides as white light spiraling in through the strings right into your body,
Electricity flowing up from the bottom and flowing down from the top.
As this light flows in,
You feel how it has moved to the center of your chest and has met your heart.
This electricity activates the healing within your heart as you feel the final stages of the realignment take place,
Filling your body with peace,
Clarity and life.
Each pulse of the bowls amplifying this electric flow,
Flowing through your spine,
Flowing through your neck,
Flowing through your heart.
We will now take three more gentle breaths in to seal the connection of alignment from the sky and earth.
Feel the breath come in.
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in.
Feel the breath come out.
Feel the breath come in and feel the breath come out.
Your spine is straight.
Your thoughts are clear and your heart is full.
You have been realigned and you are now connected with yourself and the world.
