Welcome to our guided meditation to euphoria.
In this session,
We will be calming and relaxing our body and mind while opening up to the sounds of the singing bowls,
Allowing the vibrations to release the endorphins within us and bring us the feelings of joy and contentment.
We will begin this meditation by taking a comfortable breath in and exhaling the CO2,
Easing our emotions and allowing our body to feel good.
Take a soft breath in and fill your stomach and exhale.
Now focus your attention on the singing bowls.
Allow them to weave through your heart,
Fluttering their waves through your chest,
And exhale.
When we feel good,
Our body heals.
Breathe into the vibrations.
Allow them to flow through you,
Being present with the music.
Endorphins release when you feel good,
And you're allowed to feel good.
Let's take another soft breath in together,
Expanding your gut as you inhale.
In through your nose,
And exhale.
Just feel this moment.
Embrace every vibration of this moment in time.
You are immersed in it,
And your body thanks you for this.
With your soft breathing,
You surrender to resistance,
And allow the sound waves to swim through you,
Lifting your spirit,
Lightening your load,
Bringing you joy.
This moment is bliss.
Take a sigh of relief.
This feels good.
I deserve to feel good.
Just feel the sound in the moment.
Feel how it flutters through your heart,
Through your body,
With such love and warmth.
Moments of peace are essential for your well-being,
And the right music can always bring you peace.
Embrace the sound waves as they wash all through your body,
Gently breathing into the vibrations as you let them in.
Let's take another soft breath in to just feel the bliss of this moment.
Just feel.
Simply be with the music.
Feel how the waves wrap you like a blanket,
So comfortable and inviting,
So loving and peaceful.
When we feel good,
Our body heals,
Our mind heals,
Our spirit heals.
Gently feel the pulse fluttering through your chest and into your heart,
Dancing through you in beautiful harmony.
Observe the newfound warmth and joy in your body,
And the complete presence of this moment.
Let's take another sigh of relief.
Feeling present with the vibrations.
Breathing into the waves,
Allowing them to ease through every cell and comfort your heart.
Simply listen to the vibrations and be present with them.
Observe how the gentle pulse holds space for you to feel,
To be present in this very moment of bliss.
Just be.

Breathe in and feel your stomach expand,
And exhale.
