Join us in this guided meditation for spinal stimulation. Throughout this exercise, we will be guiding you through spinal movement exercises designed to improve not only your circulation but also the flow of your cerebrospinal fluid. With breath and movement, we will loosen up our spinal vertebra as we create space for improved circulation throughout our entire body in this new mobility exercise.

Welcome to our guided meditation for spinal movement.

Please take a seat and make yourself comfortable.

This meditation was created to help increase mobility in your spine while improving circulation and the flow of cerebral spinal fluid throughout your body.

This is your meditation to increase your spinal movement.

Let's take a deep breath before we begin to move with the sound bath.

Allow your body and mind to soften as the singing bowls begin to fill your soul with life.

Movement is what keeps us healthy.

Movement and breath can increase our heartbeat,

Causing it to beat faster and in turn increase the circulation in our body.

This increase in circulation keeps us healthy and aligned by keeping our nutrients flowing through us without resistance.

It is one of the foundations for our well-being.

When our bodies aren't active,

They begin to slow down and in a way fuse together as our joints and ligaments start becoming stiff and restricted.

Take another deep breath in and observe how your body has begun to sway to the music.

Now give yourself the opportunity to move in your seat.

Let's begin with your neck.

Gently sway your head from side to side,

Moving with the beat.

Tilting to the right,

Tilting to the left and back again.

Loosening your neck muscles,

Creating space for fluid to flow through properly.

Observe how the beat makes your neck move,

Gently dancing left to right.

Removing all restrictions and tension with each shift of your head.

Move to the sounds.

Breathe.

Feel.

Now bring your awareness down into your spine.

Continue the movement from your neck all the way down to the base of your back,

Where your spine meets the ground.

Allow your spine to move with your neck,

Swaying from side to side with the beat,

Moving with the vibrations.

Dancing in the way a charmed cobra moves,

Slow and smooth,

With ease and grace.

Let your head and shoulders lead the way as your body sways from left to right,

Feeling the beat in your soul,

Allowing you to feel whole.

Allowing you to feel whole.

Every shift from left to right stimulates your cerebral spinal fluid,

Allowing movement of these fluids to flow without resistance.

Gentle fluid motion as your circulation increases with every breath and sway you make.

Observe the movement happening in your spine.

Feel how your life force is beginning to flow up and through your back,

Lubricating your vertebrae,

Loosening the tension,

Making room for life to flow through,

Conscious breathing into the movement.

Feel your stomach expand and contract with each breath as you sway,

Breathing with movement helps to increase your heart rate.

This increase gives a boost to your blood flow and spinal fluid,

Which then leads to a boost in your brain function and all around well-being by allowing nutrients to flow through you without resistance.

Breathe.

Feel the space opening in between each vertebrae with every shift of your spine,

Allowing oxygen and blood flow to move through you unhindered by the stiffness of immobility.

Surrender your mind to the beat as you sway your neck and back left to right,

Moving with the music and harmony and at your own pace.

Take a deep breath as you feel the oxygen flowing through your veins,

Creating space within you as every bit of movement clears the stagnant energy within.

Every breath,

Your circulation improves.

With every sway,

Your spine loosens.

Breathe.

Feel the sounds moving through you.

Breathe.

Feel your spine moving,

Allowing the space to open within your back,

Your blood flow increasing,

Your circulation improving with every passing moment,

With every shifting movement.

Now I'd like you to raise your arms straight into the sides of you,

Aligned with your shoulders as they fully extend to your left and right,

Almost as if you're trying to keep your balance.

This stretch of your arms helps to extend your nerve endings,

Helping to increase your mobility and improve the circulation through your arms and spine as all the nerves connect with each other.

Now begin to move your arms with your sway in the same way the waves move in the ocean,

The way the wind blows through the air,

Creating a ripple movement from one side of your hands to the other with each sway,

Swaying side to side as your arms join the movement of your spine.

Your spine is now moving with your arms as you create space within yourself with every pulse of the beat,

Every movement improving your circulation,

Moving stagnant energy within you,

Creating space for new oxygen to fill your body while releasing the tension from your back and arms.

You are part of this flow of life,

Moving freely in your space,

Following the beat,

Sitting comfortably in your seat as your back sways side to side.

Breathe.

Moving with the beat,

Swaying your spine,

Creating space,

Feeling free,

Feeling the harmony of music flowing through your body.

Let's increase our bodily movement.

I now want you to rock your spine forward and backward with your arms still extended at each side.

Feel your chest lunge forward as it concaves again while pulling you back,

Moving forward and backward.

This shift in movement loosens different areas of your vertebrae as new space is created,

Continuing the improvement of your circulation and spinal fluid,

Breathing deeply.

Feel the rhythm in your muscles.

Breathe.

Feel the rhythm in your bones.

Breathe.

Feeling the sway of your spine forward and backward,

Forward and backward,

Feeling the sway of your arms loosening tension with every movement you create.

You may lower your arms a bit or give them a chance to rest at any moment if you need to.

Allow them to flow comfortably without resistance.

In tune with your movement,

In tune with the beat,

In tune with yourself.

Movement increases your oxygen intake.

Movement gives your body life.

Breathe.

Feel the vibrations swaying your spine forward and backward,

Allowing the vibrations to penetrate through your core,

Through your spine,

Through your arms.

Every bit of movement clears space within you for circulation to flow without resistance,

Which improves your all-around mental health and well-being.

You may now begin to slow your movement down.

Feel your sway becoming more subtle and relaxed,

Slowing down.

Breathe.

Your arms slowing down as you begin to lower them onto your lap,

Only feeling your spine swaying now,

Slowly and gently,

Bringing your awareness to the sensations that are flowing through your body as you slowly bring your sway to a halt.

Now bask in this moment of stillness.

Observe the sensations you feel in this moment of peace.

All of this movement has loosened your bones and muscles,

Relaxing your spine,

Releasing your tension.

Your circulation has improved,

And your spinal fluid is flowing.

Movement brings life,

Whereas no movement in time brings no movement.

Your body and mind are realigned.
