Begin to let go.

Sitting upright or lying down on a comfortable surface.

Begin to breathe in,

Filling up as full as you possibly can.

Open your mouth,

Breathe all the air out,

Let go.

Big inhale,

Breath in.

Open mouth,

Breath out.

Continue focusing on the fullness and the breath as you breathe in and letting go as you breathe out.
