Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Start by taking a few cycles of deep breaths in and out through your nose.
Allow your body and mind to become one as your breath brings you deeper and deeper into a relaxed and open state.
With your next breath,
Bring to mind someone who has made a positive impact on your life.
This could be a friend,
Family member,
Mentor,
Or anyone else who has touched your heart and inspired you in some way.
Visualize their face,
Their smile,
And feel the warmth of their presence fill your heart and mind.
As you focus on this person,
Begin to cultivate a sense of deep gratitude within yourself for all that they have done for you.
Reflect on the ways they have supported you,
Encouraged you,
And helped you grow.
Allow yourself to feel the full extent of your appreciation for the impact they've had on your life.
Now imagine a radiant light glowing from your heart center,
A light filled with warmth,
Love,
And gratitude.
With each inhale,
Feel this light growing brighter and more expansive,
Filling your entire being with its radiance.
And with each exhale,
Allow this light to expand outward,
Reaching out beyond yourself and towards the person you are grateful for.
Visualize this light flowing from your heart to theirs,
Illuminating them in its comfort and glow.
See them surrounded by this light,
Bathing them in love and appreciation.
Imagine them smiling,
Feeling uplifted,
And deeply touched by your gratitude.
Continue to breathe deeply and send this light of gratitude to them,
Knowing that your appreciation is being felt energetically.
Take a moment to silently thank them for all they have done for you,
Knowing that your words of gratitude are like nourishment for their soul.
Know that expressing gratitude and appreciation,
You're not only honoring the person who has touched your life,
But also anchoring more light and love into the world.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and carry this sense of gratitude and connection with you as you go about your day.
