This is a one minute mindfulness break that can be done with just three simple breaths.

So first just allow your mind to come into the present moment by taking one nice long deep breath,

Just bringing your attention to the process of breathing.

On the second breath allow your body to fully relax on the exhale.

And on the third breath simply ask yourself what's most important right now.
