When you're ready,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath and your breathing.
Notice the coolness of air as you breathe in through your nostrils and the warmth of air as you breathe out through your nostrils.
Breathing in and breathing out to your own rhythm.
Begin to notice how the spaces between each breath begin to lengthen.
Your entire body relaxes.
Your mind becomes quiet.
In the next heartbeat,
Feel,
See or sense yourself sitting in the centre of your medicine wheel.
Notice your powerful connection to Mother Earth.
Earth my body,
Water my blood,
Air my breath and fire my spirit.
Earth my body,
Water my blood,
Air my breath and fire my spirit.
Earth my body,
Water my blood,
Air my breath and fire my spirit.
Feel your heart beating in rhythm with Mother Earth,
With her seasons and cycles.
Sense them rotating in constant motion around your medicine wheel and within you.
Spring with its awakening and new beginnings.
Summer with its vitality and joy.
Autumn with its ripe harvests and release.
Winter with its introspection and rest.
Just like the seasons,
You transition through cycles of birth,
Death and rebirth.
Become aware that Mother Earth holds and supports you wherever you are.
Now begin to feel your connection to Father Sky,
Reminding you of expansive possibilities.
Grandfather Sun radiates his life-giving energy by day as he rises in the east and sets in the west.
Grandmother Moon magically maintains the rhythms and the tides of the oceans and all life forms on Earth.
She blesses your dreams at night and if you are awake,
Her light helps you to see stars to wish upon.
Silver and gold jewels twinkling in a black velvet sky.
A tiny glimpse of the infinite cosmos with its planets,
Star nations and galaxies,
All moving in cyclical motion,
All connected to Source.
As you continue to breathe in,
Feel the breath of all creation breathing through your being.
As you breathe out,
Feel the sense of expansion that connects you to the universe that resides within and all around you.
In the next heartbeat,
Become aware of your golden soul star hovering a few centimetres above your head.
Feel,
See or sense this shining star radiating a shower of golden light into your crown and all the way through your body to your earth star just below your feet.
When the light from your soul star touches your earth star,
Brilliant rays begin to rise,
Creating a circle of light all around you.
You feel held by the power of the universe and a love that is greater than anything you can imagine.
In the majesty of this present moment,
Hold the intention to seek the medicine you need at this time.
Begin to feel,
See or sense your higher self in front of you,
Placing a crystal ball in your hands.
You can feel a powerful energy that seems to descend deep into another earth.
As you gaze into the crystal ball,
A spiritual animal guide appears and offers you sacred medicine from the realm below.
Gradually the image fades and rainbow coloured light fills the crystal ball.
You can sense a divine,
Ethereal energy connecting you to the ancestors,
Ascended masters and spiritual guides in the heavenly realm above.
One or more appear in the crystal ball and offer you wise counsel to assist you in any area of your life.
You can feel the power of the universe and a love that is greater than anything you can imagine.
Eventually the crystal ball begins to pulse.
It radiates healing light,
High positive vibrations,
Transmissions,
Frequencies and sacred codes to all the directions in your medicine wheel and to you.
Breathe deeply.
Place your hands upon your heart and give thanks for the spiritual medicine you have received.
For all life and all gifts,
Seen and unseen.
Always remember that you are significant and precious.
