Mary is a life long learner. She has studied Yoga and Buddhism under the guidance of teachers and guru in Nepal. She is a 500+ hr Certified Yoga Instructor, a Breath Coach. She has been a long time yoga and meditation practitioner, through which healing was brought unexpectedly. She is a trained Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Her passion is to serve others what she learnt and experienced, to live a life with mindfulness, be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy at any stage of their life.
