Hi.

I'm so,

So glad you're here today.

Thank you for listening and going on adventures with me.

What is good with you?

I had a nice break last week and now I'm back and that's good.

Let's find our comfy relaxing spot.

You can lay down,

Sit down,

Whatever feels right is just fine.

Let's get yourself a quiet little spot where you can relax.

We'll take three deep breaths together as we begin to relax our body and mind.

We are walking through a lush green redwood forest.

The sun is on its way to setting and we can see the rays of sunlight streaming through the branches of the trees and the space between the trunks.

Golden orange light coming through every little space sprinkling down onto the forest floor.

It's quite magical.

As we walk the winding path through this peaceful forest,

We notice the wonderful rich smells around us.

The forest floor with its crunchy leaves,

Bits of bark,

Little grasses here and there.

Smelling so nice.

That earthy cool smell like when you go camping.

It's such a grounding scent.

We walk through and sometimes we touch the redwood bark on the trees,

The soft rich red bark.

It's kind of fuzzy like felt.

And we notice the incredible green color.

And as we put our hands on the trunk of these great,

Old,

Wise redwoods,

We can feel their strong and stable energy.

The years that they've existed.

Every day just growing taller,

Stronger,

And wiser.

Growing their roots wider,

Deeper into the earth.

Every day becoming more stable,

More grounded,

Taller and stronger.

Its branches stretch out wide.

Giving so much shade.

Cooling down the forest.

And protecting the forest floor.

We walk the winding path through the trees.

We see the sun begin to set.

The colors getting deeper and richer.

Changing moment to moment.

A misty fog rolling in to water the trees.

It's their favorite thing.

That cool,

White mist.

We feel it on our faces.

We feel that cooling sensation over our entire body.

It's that refreshing mist that pours down gently,

Gently over our heads.

Into our brains.

Filling our neck and spine.

Shoulders,

Arms and chest.

With refreshing mist,

This white fog rolling off the ocean and into our souls.

Cooling and calming every single part,

Every single fiber of our being pours into our stomach and hips.

Cooling down our legs and feet.

Until our entire body feels calm,

Cleansed and refreshed.

Feeling totally relaxed,

Strong and grounded.

Just like that redwood tree.

Stable,

Secure.

With big branches outstretched.

We'll take three deep breaths together as we continue to move that mist.

Cooling sensation,

Relaxing,

Grounding through our bodies.

So much.

Give yourself so much credit for taking time out for you today.
