Hi,

What is good with you today?

My partner Jordan and I cleaned the whole house from top to bottom.

And that's good.

Find your cozy,

Comfy spot somewhere you can chill out with no distractions.

Just lay on the floor,

Sit on your bed,

Stand outside in the sunshine.

Whatever feels right is just fine.

We'll take three deep breaths together as we begin to relax our body and mind.

We happening right now?

We are walking through a gorgeous desert.

Purple mountains rise in the distance and all around us is magnificent desert landscape.

The neutral colors of the desert.

Sand.

Sage.

Clay.

Some deep greens here and there.

A little bit of dark brown.

And some pops of white.

Maybe some desert flowers here and there.

As we walk the path,

It's lined by light green sagebrush.

We can smell it as we move past.

That particular sage smell.

Warmed by the sun.

Feels so comforting.

There's a tiny happy lizard.

Doing push ups on a warm rock in the sun.

And as we walk the path,

We can feel the warm sand.

And tiny smooth pebbles under our feet.

We begin to hear the sound of moving water.

A river just ahead.

And as we walk closer,

We begin to see it.

The cool clean water of this river.

Running down,

Down to some unknown destination.

We can feel the warm rays of the sun.

Pouring onto our shoulders,

Our bare arms and legs.

As we step into this gently flowing river.

We reach a large area where we can swim.

And as we dip our toe into the water,

It feels so cool and refreshing on this warm day.

We step down further.

Our legs,

Hips,

Chest and shoulders go under the water.

Until we dip under completely.

Completely immersed.

We stand up out of the water.

As it runs down our skin.

Cooling,

Calming,

Refreshing.

We can hear the sound of the water moving.

And it puts us at ease.

Feeling present.

And absolutely perfect.

Just as we are.

All one.

Connected to nature.

We find a big flat rock in the sun.

And we lay out on it.

Looking up into the blue sky.

Allowing the warm golden rays of the sun to dry and warm us.

Feeling the heat from the rock emanate into our back,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Backs of our legs and our hips.

That warmth releasing every muscle.

And every single part of us.

Releases and relaxes.

Including our eyes.

They close.

Our jaw hangs open.

Our fingers relax.

And we take deep slow breaths.

And we stay so at ease.

Completely relaxed.

We take this feeling.

And we turn it in.

To white sparkles.

Like tiny dots of light.

That fall gently.

Gently.

Onto our heads.

Down into our brains.

Illuminating every part.

Every single part of our body.

They fall down our spine.

Illuminate the line along our jaw.

Bringing peace and calm.

Pouring down our neck and shoulders.

Arms and hands.

Lighting up our chest,

Stomach and hips.

And sparkling down our legs and feet.

We'll take three deep breaths.

As we continue to fill our bodies.

With this overwhelming sense of ease.

Breathing in and out.

Give yourself a little hug and say thank you.

For taking time for you today.

I'm so proud of you.

And I love you.
