To start this meditation,

Please be seated comfortably,

Preferably in upright position,

With your back not leaning against anything,

And close your eyes,

Starting.

Breathe in the divine nature and the divine essence of your reality.

Your presence in this moment truly signifies a divine being in divinity through nature.

Because you exist in this moment,

Your existence perpetuates through all time,

Because all time is now.

Allow in this moment whatever happened during the day to wash away.

As you breathe in and out,

Feel yourself slowly,

Effortlessly,

Washing away the remnants of the past,

Becoming more and more ingrained in the present moment of time right now.

Feel this present moment,

This joyous occasion of love,

Wrapping you in the arms of God.

And as you breathe,

Remember your purpose.

Remember that every challenge,

Every obstacle,

Every bit of adversity that you have faced so far is a blessing from the divine,

A blessing from God.

This blessing,

This divinity,

To you,

To experience life,

To learn from life.

See all the times in this moment which trauma,

Negativity has affected you.

See it in a way that is separate from yourself,

Because you are no longer that version anymore.

Moments where you wanted to cry,

But you didn't.

Moments where you wanted to fight,

But you didn't.

Moments you wanted to yell,

But you didn't.

See all realities,

All forms of your existence in this moment.

In this moment,

See them as teaching tools.

See yourself from a third-person perspective.

Know that none of this that has ever happened to you is your fault,

And that you don't even know what any of this means.

Therefore,

There is no reason,

No justification to see anything that happened to you in a negative light.

So see yourself in those moments where you felt the lowest,

You felt the worst.

See yourself standing over yourself,

Now a giant,

Standing over yourself whenever you are at your lowest.

See that version of yourself small and insignificant as you stand over yourself,

A giant,

A giant of understanding,

A giant of compassion,

A giant of love,

A giant.

See it.

Send yourself in this moment,

Love.

Send yourself understanding in this moment.

Just absorb it.

Feel as you send yourself love,

Understanding,

Compassion,

And temperament.

Feel yourself inversely receiving that love,

That temperament,

That passion.

Feel it,

And feel in this moment as you receive that love,

That healing energy,

That healing energy,

That your past,

Your trauma starts to change,

Starts to wash away.

Your past starts to literally change.

Allow yourself to breathe a sigh of relief,

As in this moment,

Your greatness,

Your love,

Your ability to be all you can be grows greater,

And your past self thanks you for this understanding and this love.

And in this moment,

See other people,

Other items,

Other objects that have hurt you in your past.

And in this moment,

We send our forgiveness.

We send our thanks to them,

Because because of them,

We were able to grow.

We were able to expand.

And we know that we bring all situations,

All people,

All objects,

All obstacles into our life,

So that we may use them as tools to grow.

And we are thankful for this arsenal of tools.

No matter what form they may take,

We do not let them have power over us anymore.

We do not give them dominion over our mind,

Over our actions,

Over our body.

In this moment,

We purify our body.

We purify our mind.

We purify our past.

And we feel a bright white light shining down upon us,

Encapsulating us,

Purifying us,

Changing us.

Every version of ourself in this moment,

See yourself going to the scales of time,

Weighing what your future could have became,

Weighing what your past could have become.

Could have become.

Weigh yourself in this moment,

The different versions of yourself.

And as you see your past,

Your present,

And your future sliding through your reality in your mind like a movie reel,

See this white light touching,

Purifying,

Encapsulating every version of you that has ever existed.

In this moment,

We feel changed.

Not only the version of us now,

But our past,

Our future,

And of course,

Our present,

Is absorbing this cleansing white light from God,

Allowing our connection to God to grow,

To grow,

Our healing from God to grow,

Our messages from God to be clear,

Understandable,

Allowing us to act on the actions of God,

Allowing us to be the best version that we can be due to this cleansing energy.

I feel it within me now.

Do you feel this cleansing energy,

This loving guidance,

This fun,

Light energy that has lifted the weight of our past from us,

Cleansed us of it?

Because it doesn't serve us anymore,

And we only accept what serves us.

From this moment forward,

A reality.

Our gifts from God start to manifest themselves now.

We start to see miracles forming,

Miracles happening now.

In all phases of our life,

Miracles are happening.

Feel this energy of the miracle.

See this energy of the miracle manifesting itself in miraculous ways,

Approaching everyone around us.

Just by being around us,

Around us,

We affect their lives positively.

We see the miracles in their life affecting them from ours.

See this happening over and over,

Becoming a brilliant person,

A loving person,

A caring person,

A different person.

Every instant in time,

From now on to the end of time,

We choose love.

We choose the path of God,

The path of holiness,

The path of justice.

And we get what we deserve,

Knowing that we are infinite,

Knowing that we are a part of God,

Knowing that we are a spectacle of creation,

A different breed of energy.

We unleash this energy from within us,

And we pour out this love from within us,

Love from within us,

Onto the world,

Onto everyone we meet,

To every home we enter,

To every mind we enter,

Every conversation we have.

We spread this white light,

This cleansing,

Healing energy,

From the divine realms of reality and satisfaction to all who may see us,

To all who may be with us,

To all who may oppose us,

Because we know that they do not know what they do,

And we forgive them.

Throughout all time,

We forgive them.

They do not know.

They are not aware.

We cannot judge what path they have chosen to take,

And inversely,

They cannot judge our path,

Because our path is one of divine nature,

Of clarity,

Of peace,

Of peace,

Of connection,

Positivity,

Of wholeness,

Of oneness,

Of love.

In this moment,

See a silver cord,

Translucent,

Powerful,

Shining,

Connecting up into the heavens.

And imagine everyone that you see,

You see this same cord connecting them to the heavens as well,

Connecting all of us to our higher minds,

Connecting all of us to God.

See this cord as a funnel for information,

A connecting device that we can tap into to speak to our divine nature,

The divine version of ourselves.

The plan has been set,

And we choose a plan of love,

Choose a plan of harmony,

Choose the plan of angels.

Feel this plan manifesting in your mind,

In your body.

And as you see yourself each day getting closer to God,

As you see yourself each day getting closer to yourself,

To your own divine nature,

To your own serenity,

To your own peace,

And see yourself excited each day as you feel your connection with God growing,

You feel the purpose that has been within you lying dormant from the time you were born.

Now it is out in the open,

Expansive,

Vast,

All-encompassing,

Growing each instant in time in a burst of all kinds of flavors of love,

All kinds of flavors of emotions,

Of positivity,

Of growth,

Of expansion,

Of positivity in all of its forms,

More than you could have ever imagined.

See in this moment,

You still have this silver cord as you always will and always do,

You still have this silver cord as you always will and always do,

But now see yourself with the wings expanding from your back,

Growing.

And as these wings formed,

They stretch out,

And you feel the stretching of the wings.

You feel the comfort they give you.

You feel yourself flying into the sky.

Flying towards that white,

Cleansing light of divine nature.

You feel the heat of the light.

You feel the love of the light.

You feel the connection of the light in the cord as you fly up towards it,

And you feel your connection,

Your healing,

Your expansion,

Your knowledge,

Your growth,

Growing,

Expanding,

Loving,

And changing.

Feel this change as you soar through the sky.

Way past all negativity,

Past all trauma,

Past all dis-ease,

Doesn't exist at this level of reality.

And in this moment,

You realize that not only does it not exist in this realm of reality,

But it has never existed in any realm of reality.

This realization anywhere else would seem confusing,

Contradictory,

But it makes sense now that you are above it all.

You can see it.

You can feel it.

You can know it.

You can experience it.

You know that without a shadow of a doubt,

That all there is in this moment is light.

That all there is in this moment is love.

That all there is in this moment is expansion,

And positivity,

And growth,

And harmony.

Feel this love and expansion,

Changing you,

Loving you.

It's expansive.

This is love,

And this is who you truly are,

A being.

Of ultimate love,

Ultimate positivity,

Ultimate connection.

And you realize in this moment that you are greater than you know.

Much,

Much greater in your greatness,

Your expansion,

Your life-altering positivity has just begun.
