Preferably in upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything.
And close your eyes,
Starting now.
In this meditation,
Know that your reality,
Your physical being,
The true essence of yourself,
Is infinite in nature.
Truly know that you are infinite in finite reality,
Able to move,
Able to expand into higher levels of physical consciousness.
Feel this physical,
This non-physical,
This expansion of your body and your mind,
All in one,
Wrapped together,
Expanding.
Allow whatever happened to you in your past,
Be in the past now.
As you expand further away,
Further away.
Keep going farther,
Farther away.
Allow yourself to exist in a new place,
A new reality,
That's not in the physical anymore.
Your problems are gone.
Your past is gone.
Your future is gone.
The only time that exists on this plane of reality,
On this plane of existence,
Is now.
This is the expansion of your mind,
Your reality,
In who you truly are.
Allow yourself to feel this expansion,
This wholeness,
This oneness,
With creation itself,
Filling you up with the energy of creation.
Filling you up with the love,
The harmony,
The relaxation,
The embodiment,
The calm knowingness of true love,
True peace,
True vibration.
Feel this vibration and let it vibrate through you.

Become one in a general sense of reality,
Where all your senses become one.
Everything that you have ever known becomes one.
Feel yourself being connected to everything around you.

Growing.

Allowing reality to expand for you.

Allow yourself to drop all belief systems that say something has to happen in a certain way.
Allow all those to be gone.
Knowing that anything can happen and anything can manifest out the aetherum of space-time,

It doesn't have to wait.
It can and it will manifest now.
Due to your vibration,
Your expansion,
Your knowledge,
Your calmness,
Your no insistence,
No resistance,
Allowing yourself to go with the flow of space-time and creation itself.
Allowing yourself to be all that you need to be in this moment in time.
You are born anew.
Born expansive.
Born a new being.
Born out of light and love.
Born out of the creation of all that is.
Feel this newfound power.
Allowing yourself to be limitless in purpose.
Limitless in definition.
Limitless in creation.
Allowing yourself to know no limitations in any facet of reality.
Allowing yourself to know no limitations in any facet of your body,
Of your mind,
