Take a moment to deeply inhale,

Warm light starting at the top of your head.
This light is like a gentle hand,

Feel it touch your forehead,

Let it move down to your eyes,

Allow this light to continue its journey,
Over your cheeks,
Down to your jaw,
Encouraging it to drop open slightly.
Allow this warmth to spread down to your neck and shoulders.
If you notice any knots or tightness,
Simply send a few extra breaths their way,

Through your fingers,

All the way down to your toes.
With every part it touches,
You feel lighter and more at peace.
Imagine your whole body bathed in this comforting glow.

Call to mind the positive moments of today.
