Feel this warm light travelling down your face,
Releasing any tension in your cheeks and jaw.
Allow your face to soften.

Healing light continues its path down your neck,

It wraps around your shoulders,
Making them feel light and relaxed.
As it travels down your arms,
You can sense the relaxation flowing all the way to your fingertips.
Allow the light to journey down your chest and back.

As it covers your hips,
Thighs and knees,
