In this short talk, I talk about some of the benefits of hot yoga. I have been practicing hot yoga for years. I have experienced so many benefits and to this day I continue to experience them. There are various styles of yoga that one can do in a heated room. I hope after you listen to this talk, you talk to your doctor and give it a try if that feels right for you!

I am a practitioner of hot yoga.

So today I wanted to talk about the benefits of hot yoga.

Hot yoga can embody any type of yoga which is practiced in a heated environment and ranges of temperatures and humidity can vary depending on the style you're practicing.

Some of the benefits of hot yoga are increases your flexibility,

Decreases stress,

Helps treat depression,

Helps you sweat more,

Boosts your immune system,

Improves heart health,

Reduces blood glucose levels,

Builds bone density,

Burns more calories,

But before you start a hot yoga practice make sure you talk to your doctor.

I hope this short talk can motivate you to look more into it and possibly try it.
