We sit for so much of the day but are rarely encouraged to be present and aware of ourselves and our breath. Consider this an invitation. I created this guided meditation practice for you to use at any time of the time, to regroup and come back to the body and the breath. This practice can be done while sitting on the commute home or in bed when you wake up or just before you sleep. Whenever you choose to use it, this sitting meditation is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the breath.
