Begin by allowing yourself to sink in to your seated position,
Just allow the tension to melt away,
Feel a sense of deep relaxation,
Feel the sensation of gravity pulling you deeper into your seat,
Just continue to let go and feel ease as we settle in to this moment,
Just open up your awareness and allow whatever is arising to just be there,
Resist the urge to label good or bad,
Just allow everything to just be,
Don't try and suppress your thoughts,
Just allow them to arise and allow them to disappear,
Continue to open up your awareness,
Where do thoughts come from,
And where do they go,
Just continue to allow,
There's nothing to do,
Don't have anywhere to go,
Just for now we're just going to be,
Just be with what is,
Whatever we have to do it'll be there on the other side,
Just for now,
Just let it go,
Just be,
What does it feel like to just be,
There's no agenda,
Continue to invite ease into your body,
Releasing more and more tension,
And as we end this meditation may you carry the peace of your presence with you,
