In this self-reflective meditation, we will focus on navigating and embracing both the shadow and light aspects of ourselves. How you can acknowledge your hurt and still not have you diminished, walking in its shadow. Your work will be to reflect on how to navigate the forest of your emotions with your love light on, noticing the symbols and messages of healing love along the way that help you to release what is not serving you and create anew.

Hello,

My lovelies,

And welcome to Heart-Centered Healing.

This is Lara Moncrieff,

And today we'll focus on stepping into the shadow to release through it.

Let's begin.

I ask the hand of divine grace,

Of divine healing,

Of velvet love to be upon us in this moment,

To soothe us with the healing that we need,

To help us to release and rise up in the gloriousness of our divine spirit,

To step into the power of our self sovereignty,

And to set us on the path of heart-centered healing.

The gifts of inspiration that are given to you every day and every moment from divine source is the charity of love.

Just like an ongoing offering of love.

And timidity has no place in your soul when love is at stake.

Because love begets love,

Love begets courage,

Love begets acceptance,

And love begets healing.

This is your font of love,

The pool that washes away your pain.

Let it ripple out.

Allow it to ripple out in a way that's uniquely you.

It's okay to be different in the way we process,

Unfold,

Evolve.

You don't need to be like anyone else.

You're perfect just the way you are.

In your thoughts and in your desires.

Don't judge them.

Don't judge you.

Judging only gets us back to your resistance.

It's actually magnificent to be different and to see the world differently because you bravely plunge through pain on the waves of love.

So cast yourself in the light of love.

Cast yourself alongside the shadow that follows your lead,

Not vice versa.

You're not walking in the shadow of your hurt and pain.

No,

No longer.

Because you know how to navigate the forest with your love light on.

You won't get lost because when you embrace your inner light,

Your inner knowing,

Even through the darkness,

You'll find your way.

You know that the only way through is through.

So let's go through clothes and love.

Determinedly through the forest,

Through these trees of pain,

As you become one within.

Your hurt is a part of you,

But it doesn't define you.

It doesn't direct you.

It opens up a new pathway forward because embracing is embracing all of you,

All parts of you.

And as we embrace,

We release.

And as we embrace,

We open.

It's not a tightening.

It's a releasing.

To be one with us.

To be one with our surroundings.

And to be one with the light that's peeking through the top of the trees,

Guiding you ever so gently to the clearing,

To the oasis,

To the river of love.

It's always been there,

Day or night.

This river of love is reflected in the sunlight with facets of hope.

Facets of what's to become if you only dive in.

This river is reflected in the moonlight with reverence for all that can be tomorrow,

For all that was today.

This river of love gives sustenance to all creatures,

All animals.

We are one,

All of us connected in spirit.

What can we learn from each other?

What message does this river of love bring forth to help guide us on our own love life?

Proud as the river,

Wash away our pain.

Let it wash over you.

Everything in your path has a symbol for you.

Has a message for you.

Of healing.

Of grace.

Embrace those messages as love letters to your soul.

Just as you release today,

Just as you release your pain today and your hurt and your sadness,

Just as you release,

You create.

What will you create today?

How will you be recreated through love?

That's how it is.
